I greet you cordially, my beloved brethren and friends of the Light. As I talk to you today the alignment and the formation of the so-called Merkabah takes place around your planet and straight off I can confirm that everything is expanding beautifully to a higher and more refined light.

Your planet Earth, your beloved Mother Gaia, has been able to get Her needs and help out of this powerful alignment which provides the highest degree and the most refined energies of the Light. Deceit and the powers of the dark are now completely out of the picture; this truly is a pure day of Love and Light, we feel it that way and you do too. This is a most pure and blessed day for all of you as well as for us and for the whole of the universe. My beloved ones, you really have no clue whatsoever what this day will cause to take place in yourselves and in your reality as at this precise moment, everything is still in the process of being totally absorbed and integrated in your cells, in your Being, in your Hearts and in your Eartly incarnations.

Litterally bombs and inpourings of Love and cosmic Light are being sent out through your hearts and your earthly vessels/tempels of Light in the most powerful way ever. The heart is capable of absorbing everything very well and instigates every particle of this cosmic essence into an activation, an integration and into becoming a part of yourself. Your heart can cope with everything for it is not only your means of existence in a physical incarnation, it is furthermore the most important element taking care of Ascension because your heart steers everything  and contains everything to help you evolve further and transform. My beloved ones, the heart is the mirror of your Being, of your true existence and the more you are One with yourSelf, the more loving your heart will feel and be.

Do you "feel" it? Yesterday's Planetary Merkaba formation in the stars of 7-29-13 was truly amazing! The energies today are still so very strong and watching the various stages that led up to NOW has been something to both witness and participate in. WOW!

I had many experiences that led up to yesterday with the bringing back of fractals of "SELF" that were in various timelines throughout history, in various dimensions, and who were parts of me that needed and MUST come home to the "I AM THAT I AM" or ME to enter this next stage of my personal ascension process an my own sovereignty... With that, it seems that not only karma has been cleared but also memories of those times, the story has seemed to disappear... WOW... Did the Akash get rewritten because of that? In my observations, that I  am always just also part of, I have been greeting the energies of change that are strongly coming in now. It is  making people choose between thoughts and actions presented to them in the now.  Are they about to  continue the old paths of separation in any form or are they chosing to be coming towards the middle and bringing about unification.  Yes, It is a layer by layer process that still needs to get done till the onion is pealed to its core. 

There is only ONE ball so to say and it represents  all that is as it is in us and as reflected on the outside also. Still people seek the outside walls to bounce that ball of Oneness  ti bring it  into their separation fields.  As things are being  forwarded in the middle by all that is expressed from the One that we all are it will become experienced and perceived also as Oneness. Some people propagate still one to be only one if it is in their  separation chamber or corner. That is not becoming Unified or being One as it has conditions.

As we move thru this year, the weight of our do’s and don’ts seem to get heavier, denser and more solid than anytime in the past.  They gather around and cement themselves at our feet, creating an immovable sinking feeling. Our intentions chomp at the bit, our soul gives us the green light, but our human little self-stands tall and still.  We sink deeper and deeper into despair and dis-repair, as we beat ourselves with the proverbial wet noodle.  We spend vast amounts of energy disagreeing with ourselves.   Trying to tame what seems to be the wild beast of indecision, the monster that holds us back, always blocking our way into happiness, into love, and into abundance.  With the amount of energy that we spend on arguing with ourselves, we could build malls, erect towers, sculpt obelisks, and maybe even a great pyramid or two.

we stand still, as we sink deeper in the quicksand, into the quagmire of non-action.  We continually sabotage our dreams our desires, our future, in an effort to save the rainforests of the old self. We hold tight to that which once served us.  Numbing our ability to move into the new, the shinier, and the bright future of our dreams.  Why are we afraid to move forward?  Why are we afraid to take action, to act on?

Everyone on earth is feeling the transformation.  We all know that there is no staying in the comfort zone, the null and void zone.  We know it is time to get up off the benches of the old self of the past and move into the playing field of the new, the now.  Yet when it comes our turn to bat, we freeze.  Frozen still in all of the possibilities, the new doorways the wonders of our future. Embracing our ‘Popsicle consciousness’.  Like Frosty the snowman, waiting fearfully for spring, knowing the change is inevitable.  Frosty could move into a pattern that assisted this change, but chooses not to.

They got even detached from the guru’s and teachers telling them a certain method or way was the right one for them to be or become…  Then there came some newly equipped mind-controlller along that had been in the spell of the divines and we got a new sort of guru or teacher born.  Nothing divine about it as it is just leading you again away from your own power as that is given away to this new sort of guru, teacher who says to connect you with aliens as you are part of their group.

Salt your food more, with sweating you lose more salts, but not the normal salt, that you can buy everywhere. This is worthless and even damages you in that form. The healthiest salt you can get is unrefined Himalayan salt. In it there are still all minerals, all 82 elements, that you find in sea water, in amniotic fluid that surrounds an unborn child and even in your tears. These are elements your body needs, but are removed from normal salt by the industry for their own purpose and their own profit. Eat light, a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, the best as raw food. Avoid the full sun, use the morning or evening hours to get sunlight and information. Don’t work too much, the energies are very strong and you need much rest. Enjoy the summer, my child. ~

Greetings dear ones we are the energies from Sirius B and we come to guide and to support as the new earth energies begin to heighten and release all that has kept you in the containment of the old earth frequencies. The new geometrical codings for the human vehicle are now being downloaded through the LIGHT that is now pouring across and within the planet at this time. ✾ Ah, Beloveds, take heart and be unwavering in your faith and devotion.  For nothing is as it seems on the surface.  From the perspective of a soul incarnate in the Human form, living and working and struggling to survive amidst the chaos of a transforming world, all might appear bleak indeed.  But with all my heart, I speak this day to offer you assurance that this is hardly so.  To be  standing in the place where you are now, I too might be of a mind to feel discouragement and no small amount of impatience.  Alas, even many of the most well-connected of you still cannot yet see the forest for the trees – and know that this is by design and it is fine.  In order to be effective, you must still remain enmeshed within the Human experience, and all which that entails.  You are the Leaders and the Awakeners.  God’s children are learning and seeking, and must perceive you as relatable and synchronistic with their own emotions and needs.  They must be able to say, “Yes, this person understands.”  They must see clearly that it is possible to live the Human lifestyle in an awakened and enlightened manner, and that in so doing one can be in but not of the world.  They shall come to you then, for guidance and with many questions.  This shall come from watching as you go about the same daily tasks as they do, but in such a manner which bespeaks honor and compassion for the Earth and her inhabitants.  They watch with rapt attention, in complete bepuzzlement and fascination, as you function patiently, gracefully and act always from the heart.  This is your job.  This is the very key to Humanity’s rise to freedom.
