Greetings and love are extended to you through my being from all aspects of the universe of the Creator; you are deeply and absolutely loved in this moment by all that is the Creator. There is no separation or lack in the Creator’s love for you; everything is provided for you should you choose to accept the Creator’s love.

Many souls upon the Earth move through challenging situations and experiences which can be deeply painful creating wounds within their bodies. Whether physical pain, emotional pain, mental pain or any form of suffering is experienced, large or small wounds are created especially within the emotional body, however they can filter into all aspects of a person’s being causing havoc within the inner reality while being replicated into the outer reality.  When you begin to notice that all forms of suffering and pain whether inflicted by self or another cause an energetic, mental or emotional wound then you understand that many people are moving through their realities holding onto numerous wounds which they use to describe themselves. Have you ever introduced yourself to a person asking questions about them to then discover the story of the wounds they are holding onto and have experienced? Maybe you describe yourself to others by sharing your life wounds, all the experiences which have caused you pain?

As you continue your process of ascension, and it is indeed a process, your consciousness expands into higher and higher frequencies. Therefore, you will be able to consciously perceive and collect higher and higher frequencies of thoughtforms and energy fields. By “collect” we mean that once you perceive an energy field, it awaits in your aura until you decide what to “do” with it.

In other words, you are no longer a passive observer of life. The very creative and/or destructive forces of your reality, thoughtforms and energy fields, allow you to chose whether you wish to feed that energy with fear OR send it your unconditional love and transmute it with the Violet Fire.

Furthermore, the energy field and thoughtforms that you send into you reality will return more and more quickly. Hence, you will no longer be able to be “unconscious” about what is occurring in your reality. The best part of your expanded awareness is that you can observe your own energy fields and thoughtforms to see if you want to send them out into your world, or transmute them with unconditional love and Violet Fire.

Consciousness also is our Life Force. Because we cannot see Consciousness during the day, we often forget how important Consciousness is to transform the world around us. If I say to you, “How much Consciousness do you have?” Most people will not understand what I am asking.

What is Consciousness? Consciousness is a great unknown. We can’t normally see it but we know it is there. We know we are conscious, but we can’t see it clearly enough to know how much Consciousness we have. Consciousness is invisible. It is there all the time and without it we cannot be alive. Without Consciousness we cannot function. Isn’t it strange that the most important element of our life, the very thing that makes us human, is also the most mysterious and least understood element in our Life.

The vulnerabilities of the human mind are part of the strengthening of the being. Vulnerability is not a weakness unless you choose not to understand its value. Vulnerability is the valuable ability for one to be open enough to change. Change is a choice, a gift of the mind.

We are in a very powerful Eclipse Cycle. The Solar Eclipse was a huge shift for many…even if you didn’t especially feel like much was going on in your life. As I shared in the last Ascension Note, it was particularly powerful for relationships, including any old patterns that are still lingering in the deeper recesses of your subconscious. The Lunar Eclipse on April 4 will reach deeper into your being to shift any old energies, especially relating to how you are with others (including yourself).

One of the new ways of being is to let go of any need you have for closure. The separate ego likes things to be neat and tidy and have everything in a category. In the New, things flow and ebb. Energies fluctuate, so what you think is complete may move into a different form of expression. It is important to just allow things to be without closing the door to anything, for it could be that that door opens once again to a higher expression…or not. Whatever is for your highest evolution will occur. Let it be what it is without ego-definition.

You may briefly feel these concepts in the NOW, but they usually “live” in the past or present.

For example, “expectations” live in the future, “disappointments” live in the past, “failure” is a fear that can haunt you from the past or frighten you in the future, and victories are something that you hold on to from the past or hope for the future. However, in the NOW there is no past or future.

Consciousness is an amazing tool that can be molded and shaped into anything you want to create. You only need to know how to discover your consciousness inside through meditation. But in the same way that we cannot see our self without a mirror, consciousness cannot be seen without meditation. This means that our most amazing tool to change our life is normally hidden from our perception. We look so much at the world around us to solve our problems that we forget to look inside and change our consciousness. All of the solutions to every problem can be solved if we just learned the skill of how to change the mold or shape of our consciousness. Changing our consciousness changes the way we feel, the way we think and the way we create. When our consciousness becomes a real experience, it becomes a tangible presence in our life that can be shaped into any ability that we can imagine. If our consciousness can imagine it, we can create it. But if we don’t know how to feel our consciousness inside and only look at the world, nothing will change.

When we look at the world of problems, we think that because they are outside of us, we have to wait for the problem to change or the people around us to change before anything positive can result. We don’t realize that if we change the way we see the world around us, the world will change. When we feel more loving and happy, everyone around us begins to feel safer with us and open his or her hearts to help us. A simple smile can make another person smile with us. If we take this one more step, a simple smile can make the universe smile with us. That means that now the universe is our friend instead of our distant enemy. The universe sees what we need and helps us to achieve it. Reshaping your consciousness into a vehicle of love and happiness will reshape the world that you live in.

For many at this time the energies of the past few linear days may have felt intense. At human conscious waking level the explanation is given as “solar flares” and these must be seen in the context they appear. All is frequency in the universe and these bursts of energy work to move the human vehicle out of the dense patterning that has been taught for eternity within the old 3d earth created construct. As I have blogged repeatedly there are various aspects of the evolution process, there is the upgrading and expansion of our human vehicles at cellular level, the expansion of our spirit which sits within the human vehicle and the wider planet earth which we live upon. All is coming into alignment with the wider universe so at any particular moment we are expanding on any/all of these levels. As these are hidden to the naked human eye this alignment is often filtered out.

At this time the heightened energies are bringing the lower dimensional frequencies that exist within us to the surface. These manifest as emotions and “memories” which drive said emotions. The human race have been taught repeatedly that “love hurts” and this is not TRUTH. At this time various scenarios and “past issues” will arise in order to be released through healing.

For this is not something temporary, this is a permanent shift away from the old and into the very new spheres, the ones that are far more lofty than what you have experienced so far. And so, this shift will make the very ground beneath your feet appear as impermanent as everything else, and rightly so, for this is not about changing merely the appearance of something, but a transformation that goes all the way to the core.

For this is a dramatic shift that is under way in your entire energetic environment, and that is something that is far more profound than anything you can see from an outward perspective. And as such, it will be as if the very ground upon which you walk will feel less secure because your physical vehicle has yet to fine tune itself to these new ground currents that are being reinstated on your planet. And these are currents that covers it all, not just on the surface, but all the way to the very core of your inhabited sphere.

Jesus/Sananda said that we must be like a child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Sanat Kumara is known as the Eternal Child. He is older than the oldest and younger than the youngest. Every Master I have ever met is childlike. They play like a child and are spontaneous like a child. Our parents and teachers have told us to grow up and do what we are supposed to do. With this kind of teaching isn’t it natural that we will think that our Inner Master is old and wise? In fact, our Inner Master is like a child. In fact, our Inner Master is our healthy Inner Child. When our Inner Master wakes up, the first thing they teach us is how to be like a child innocently enjoying our life. No more thinking. No more comparing. Just simply enjoying our life like a child every moment.

Many years ago I had the opportunity to meet the greatest Ayurvedic Master in India, Trigunaji. I visited him with one of my friends. My friend had a condition in his body that was with him his whole life. His condition was a constant irritation and he was very serious. Trigunaji told him to read comic books! His medicine for my friend was to be happy and have fun! No real Master is ever serious. In Enlightenment everything in life is fun. Life is here to enjoy! When we are happy, our health improves and our life improves.

Often we forget that having a feeling of lack and feeling poor is a self fulfilling intention. When we feel lack in our life, we are commanding the universe to take everything away. Life is about being alive. Being alive is about moving our heart! When our heart moves, desires come. When desires come, we get up and do something to fulfill them. It is not important what we do. Becoming alive again and desiring to do something we enjoy is the most important step in our life. It isn’t about what we do. It is all about how we feel joy again. Joy is the inspiration to expand our life into something greater than we were before.

When we feel joy and desire something new, visualize yourself having it already. See your self in the future surrounded by the thing you desire. Know that it is really going to happen. If you doubt it, you will cancel it. Never doubt! When there is no doubt and you can really feel that you have it, the universe will bring it to you. Empty your self and make room for what you want. Then the universe will fill the emptiness with what you want. Letting go allows your life force to wake up and your own Inner Master will feel joy and bring it to you sooner than you expect.

For several weeks now I have been back online and watching things develop all over the planet. The most recent is the awakening of so many of those who practice various forms of yoga. Many are speaking of the need to raise one’s kundalini which begins the “opening” of one’s chakras aka energy centers. Others are teaching Shakkti which is the “opening” of the Crown Chakra and really allows one to step into higher connections. Before 1992 this was the ultimate of spiritual development and many persons are still in that old brainset whereas that is only the process leading to Ascension Mastery. To achieve the heart chakra “ACTIVATION” which is only the 1st true Ascension Mastery Initiation (the 5th spiritual initiation) one must spiral their Shakkti energy into the sacred space within their heart, or the heart of hearts. Only then does one truly achieve enlightenment or In-Light-In-Ment as the chakra system activates. An “open chakra” can be turned off just like a Light switch but an “activated chakra” is permanently turned on and is like a nuclear power plant producing an ever increasing and more powerful energy vortex within the physical form, aka Enlightenment…. 

Enlightenment is an ongoing process of and as one activates their heart chakra the LIGHTBODY inturn is activated. This is only the beginning entry into Christ Consciousness and remerging with the higher levels of self, which are octaves of vibrations aka 12 dimensions with 12 steps within, 7 notes and 5 half notes each. Some persons call this the 144 dimensions, others see it as 12 dimensions with sublevels on each. Either way, this is the only way one physically achieves the higher levels of consciousness and can never be done via intellect… Neither intellect nor food will ever take one into those higher levels… Only where one places their consciousness and intent will unlock the portals through where access is granted upon completion of the previous initiations… It’s a step by step and ever ongoing process to embody the higher levels of self.

Greetings, It is I, Mary Magdalene, infiltrating your very Being with pure soft Love energy, expanding throughout your cells and incorporating your Whole Being. Now, that we've completed the extremely powerful, four month MEGA RESET, we can begin to see the profound changes that it has brought us. Many of the deep rooted unconscious behaviors within us have changed and our automatic emotional responses have been clearly seen and cleaned up. We have tenaciously and thoroughly weeded out untrueness wherever we found it. We are more aligned with our True Path than ever before.

This has created a new openness within us. Our previous hesitations, doubts and fears have been set aside. This frees us to create new, True Lives, the lives we have always yearned for. As we more deeply inhabit the New Landscape, it gives us a more all encompassing level of real comfort than we've felt for a long, long time. We realize that we don't need to anxiously gulp the Air We Can Breathe as if it will suddenly disappear, for it is here to stay and so are we.

There is a sense of accomplishment on the inner planes as the cosmic alignments and human activities are taking place upon your planet. Your loving energies have been given and applied where it is needed the most and every particle has been utilized for the highest good of all, with loving gratitude and appreciation for your efforts. You are loved so very much by your Family of Light! Every particle of Light expands and fills all the places and spaces that are shifting as the shadows recede and in this way is growing exponentially. It is touching the hearts of all upon the planet, and even those who keep trying to douse the holy flame burning within their own heart. It is a time for deep reflection upon that which still needs to be purged and released from every person’s soul and looking deeply within self is a conscious choice that requires total honesty and courage. The fire within you demands such scrutiny and you are capable of it as you continue to follow your own star!

Following your own star means choosing to be your own best friend. It means lavishing kindness, compassion and love upon your own being, and remembering that you are an openhearted soul who is goodness incarnate. Release the past experiences where that goodness was taken advantage of by others who did not take the high road as do you. Let go of the wounds within you that these actions placed upon your soul. You were and are innocent and you are not responsible for the souls who choose to stay in the old paradigm levels of staying small. Let go of the need to ‘save’ them from themselves and their own choices. Nurture yourself and walk tall upon your world, for your Light and your goodness is very much appreciated, as is your ability to expand that Light in ever widening circles of radius. Sooner or later, this will touch all hearts in an opening and expanding way.

If you can just close your eyes for one moment and just still the mind, what is greatest vision that you have for your life in 20 to 50 to 100 years time from now on, and then where is this going to be in context with the New Golden Age, which isnow truly being anchored in?

A few weeks ago I have given a gigantic vision:  I was standing in front of a massive pyramid, which had been newly built.  I emitted luminescent white-golden-platinum light from within and the whole podium on which I was standing, with my Divine Other was lit up with this same luminescent light.  This pyramid and the two alongside it, which were smaller and the four further down below, were all encased in a sacred geometrical layout, and all were luminescent with the color ray they emitted.

We have talked so much about our Inner Master, but equally as important is nurturing our Inner Child. This is the part of us that carries all the feelings from our childhood, all those times when we couldn’t express our self honestly and had to stuff our feelings down inside. The Inner Child is that part of us that we neglected to nurture when we needed it the most. Your Inner Child needs your love and acceptance.

The best way to nurture your Inner Child is at night just before you go to sleep. Imagine your Inner Child sitting in front of you. See your Inner Child as you were when you were two or three years old. Ask your Inner Child, “What do you want to tell me? What do you need the most?” Let the feelings come up honestly and truly. Feel love for your Inner Child and reach out with your arms and imagine that you are holding this lovely child and giving it love. Then slip down into the bed embracing your Inner Child and go to sleep with your child in your arms.
