My dearest Hearts, I Am Lady Portia, and I want to elaborate in all earnesty about your Ascension process and your huge transformations that you are all undergoing presently. I wish to add that you are all most welcome in my Love energy of Light and of splendour. You are all much affected by my energies for they bring out the worst in you to get replaced by the best and most beautiful energies. You are all turned upside down and inside out in order to get the most out of you because all lower energies, and I really do mean all of them, have to be eliminated as they no longer serve you.

Many of you are now in the thick of this process and are feeling very tired, longing for rest and relaxation. You begin to wonder whether you can ever proceed with your life in peace and quiet. I can tell you that the present situation is but the start of what is to follow, my dear hearts. I do not wish to discourage you, instead I wish to motivate you to keep on with what you are doing at present and to persevere as these transformations inside of you are most harmonious in the long run! It is an indication that your physical body is up to the task of all the adjustments that it is undergoing presently. Your physical bodies adjust constantly and proceed on with what it already is capable of in this new paradigm that is about the emerge.

As an aside I also wish to inform you that there are different areas in your world undergoing fundamental changes causing much grief and sorrow up until now. The hearts of the afflicted people are filled with despair and immense suffering for they do no longer know how to go on in this world. It will make them clarify what can be expected because now the innovative energies of Light are advancing on those affected areas. The Light is systematically taking the place of the void left behind by the negativity which has been removed from those areas of the world. Send them your Love and Light, as they are in dire need of them.

What is equally important is your own process of transformation which includes also those of many children. They know like no other amongst the human incarnations what it feels like to stand closer to the Source than before. They have travelled a slightly longer part of the road compared to that of the current souls living on Earth who by themselves have not yet experienced their awakening processes ; that’s why the children returned to Earth to assist and help the yet unawakened souls by sharing their Light through their wisdom and purity. They are the Lightbringers and the torchbearers so that the Light can be permanently anchored here. Their wisdom and purity now come in handy and soon enough, their remarkable hearts will exceedingly be able to contribute their parts to the fullest. They have at their disposal the ways and abilities to manifest themselves in a totally different way than the current established one ; a fact that will become quite obvious as we proceed closer to Ascension. We will discuss this issue more in a next channeling.

The fact that you all will regain your strength from the exhaustion you experience presently due to your physical transformation is of utmost importance now. It is paramount that you take time to relax and to meditate. Search the stillness within and be as quiet as possible dear hearts. Enjoy the silence and the beautiful surroundings, enjoy music, art, dreams. It helps to relax your mind and to stop it from thinking altogether. Your physical body and your mental thinking processes are doing overtime nowadays in order to manifest the new paradigm. Your thoughts will create what you choose as the new paradigm and what you will be in the new paradigm and your physical body will adjust accordingly. You are now in the thick of the creation of the new paradigm and there is no way back! Rejoice that this is so and enjoy to the extent that it is possible for you; that is, each of you undergoes his or her own specific individual process of transformation depending on what has to unfold in it. So it would be really loving if you were to support each other in this transformation process and to give assistance whenever possible. In the latter context I am referring to the physical transformation as well as to the Earthly changes in general. Love is the answer in all things!
