The energies around you are very strong, you could easily get out of balance when surrounded by those who run their thoughts rampant. Holiday hectic, worries, little mishaps, big mishaps, insecurity, animosity. 

We are here to assist you and remind you once again to remember your Light, remember your connection to Earth and each other. 

In your mind plant your feet firmly on the ground, find your balance and breathe. Notice how time will stand still for a moment and notice how you stand firm. 


If only for a moment, it will keep you from picking up imbalances in others and in turn you assist them in processing all that is washing over them.

Be determined to be Light.
