9-13-13 Bill Ballard ~ Birthing of New Earth and Fractals in My Experience

I have been helping a neighbor going through his death process that finally played out these past days, very similar to what is going on with the planetary systems and Old Earth, the Old World Order. This video is some of that I have been experiencing these past days.
