Your own lessons have to be learned or you cannot develop as an individual. The pace at which you adopt them is highly individual. The advantage is that it can proceed faster today, since the light gives you an extra push. It is easier for you to see and understand what it is that you should develop in yourself.

We have arrived at the first full moon cycle in 2016 which takes place on January 23rd, 2016 at 5:46 PM Pacific, 8:46 PM Eastern, and January 24th 01:46 Universal (GMT). The moon is in Leo representing our Shadow Side with the Sun in Aquarius reflecting our Deepest Truths to be revealed.
This should prove to be a very luminous cycle for humanity as it is the first of many moons of this year which should guide us into the lessons of bringing humanity into an more aware state of conditioning. 2016 has been named by the Spiritual Hierarchy as a time in which Greater Cycles to Emerge Through Diligence of the Self. This first month is showing us that these elements have been put into place so that change can occur.
Within the moon’s essence of Leo some of the elements that we will be looking at are our Self Expression, Breaking Away from Traditional Thinking, and looking at our personal goals. If the energy tells us that it represents our Shadow Side, then those elements that have been held in the closet for so long are coming out to be revealed and put into the light. Leo shows us how to be ahead of the pact instead of being part of the circle of life.
The activities within Aquarius represents our Independence and Objectivity as we work with others in Oneness. It represents being part of a team for the greater whole but can be very impersonal.

Astronomers have detected what appear to be enormous ‘invisible’ structures located 3,000 light-years from us and moving 50km per second across the Milky Way

Astronomers have discovered invisible structures lurking in the interstellar space in the Milky Way. Although previously, researchers speculated these invisible structures exist, the new study, published in the Journal Science will help astronomers contain their size and shape much better.

'Planet Nine' May Exist: New Evidence for Another World in Our Solar System
The mythical "Planet X" may actually be real, and scientists are calling it "Planet Nine."
Astronomers have found evidence for a planet 10 times more massive than Earth in the far outer solar system, orbiting about 20 times farther from the sun than distant Neptune does.
"This would be a real ninth planet," one of the researchers, Mike Brown of the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) in Pasadena, said in a statement. "There have only been two true planets discovered since ancient times, and this would be a third. It's a pretty substantial chunk of our solar system that's still out there to be found, which is pretty exciting." [Evidence Mounts for Existence of 'Planet X' (Video)]
This potential "Planet Nine" has not yet been observed. But Brown and his colleague, Konstantin Batygin, also of Caltech, are inferring its likely existence based on modeling work and the weird orbits of a number of small objects in the faraway Kuiper Belt, which lies beyond Neptune.
Specifically, six Kuiper Belt objects (KBOs) cruise around the sun on elliptical paths that all point in the same direction, even though the bodies are moving at different speeds. In addition, the six KBOs' orbits all share the same tilt — roughly 30 degrees downward, relative to the plane of the eight officially recognized planets. (Pluto, which was the ninth planet until its 2006 reclassification by the International Astronomical Union, zips around the sun in a different plane.)
The odds of this latter phenomenon occurring by chance alone are about 0.007 percent, researchers said.
"Basically, it shouldn't happen randomly," Brown said. "So we thought something else must be shaping these orbits."

We continue to receive great Light. Those who are especially sensitive may feel it especially in their physical bodies in the form of back pain and nausea; of course, there may be other manifestations depending on what is most important for you to experience for your evolution. While we focus on what the Light is sharing with us, we expand into New perspectives while we go ever deeper into old beliefs. Many of these deeper beliefs have been anchored in many lifetimes. One belief that is very deep is that of aging leading to disease leading to death and that everything must die. We tend to take for granted that many of these beliefs are simply the way things are; yet we are meant to question everything and explore what it means in our own life and if we can be open to a different way of being. We are not to go backward into remembering, but to create anew. In fact, anything that begins with “re” is a return to the past. If we see with New eyes and are like children when all is fresh and new, we empower our Innocence, Joy and Wonder and when that happens, we create the New, rather than “re”-peat what was in the old. If we can see a flower with Wonder, as if seeing it for the first time, we awaken that childlike Curiosity within; so important when creating new lives and a new way of being and perceiving. This then is not tainted by what we have always perceived to be true. We are newly born, without have any preconceived ideas. In this way, Truth can rise up and we may see with new eyes and hear with new ears.

Blessings, we will now share the third meditation for your third Chakra.
Align yourself for this meditation by taking a long slow deep breath.
In fact, take a moment to close your eyes and breathe in one, two, three, four –-- hold, hold that inner Light.
Slowly breathe out –-- one, two, three, four, five, six –-- and relax.
Feel how your Solar Plexus, your third Chakra expands up with your in breath
and relaxes down as you exhale that breath.
Let us do that one more time. Breathe in –-- one, two, three, four --- hold, hold
that breath, and hold that Unconditional Love that flows with that breath.
Now breathe that Unconditional Love out into your life – one, two, three, four, five, six. And, remember to say,
“I Love Myself Unconditionally,
