This is the day when the whole Universe sings of the birth of Love. Every heart is filled with the Golden Light of Love even in those who are not Christian. It doesn’t really matter what we believe. It only matters what we feel in our hearts. Deep inside our heart is the Inner Christ, the Inner Buddha, the God Within. As the Master Jesus said, “the Kingdom of Heaven is within you.” Even if we can’t see it or find it, the Cosmic Reality of Divinity is inside our hearts waiting for us to discover it.

This entire year has seen an outpouring of Cosmic Love and Light from the Heavens above and the Heart within. We have been lifted into a new world of Love and Light that permeates every cell of our body and soul. We are Divine but we have forgotten how to live it. The Consciousness of the entire Universe is Divine and composed of Infinite Love. This Consciousness is inside of us even when we are in confusion and doubt.

The more my heart opens, the more I feel the Cosmic Presence of the Divine in me. This experience is turning out to be much more than just Enlightenment and feeling Ku inside. I am beginning to feel the full Cosmic Presence so alive and so powerful moving through every cell of my body.

While I was meditating a few days ago, something unusual began to happen. The Presence of my Consciousness became thick and fluid like a river of Divine Light and Love. I could feel this Presence so powerfully that a tidal wave of Shakti literally picked me up and moved my entire Consciousness into merging with the Universe.

When we see this universe as a living being, fully conscious and sensitive, it changes our whole relationship with the world. When I know that everything around me is alive and has feelings, I realize how ignorant I have been and how much I need to be more careful about the things I do.

If everything is alive and fully conscious, it also has love. Love is the life force that holds everything together, and gives life and feeling to the world around us. Every feeling I have is reflected by the world around me. What I feel is broadcast through the air and touches everything and everyone.

Thank you all for your patience! Everything has been so active since Fuji! I am still swimming in the Magenta Flame that we activated there. Mother Fuji greeted us with all her heart and opened her Cosmic Love for all of Japan. Sitting in the middle of the sunshine of a Vortex on Fuji really moved all of our hearts into a new dimension of warmth and love. On the last day as I was meditating in the morning I saw a great White Light emanating from the mountain. When I looked with my inner vision, I saw a great Chamber of Light where many divine beings of all shapes and sizes were assembled. I felt I was in the presence of Royalty. I realized that this was the Ancient Royal Family and Guardians of Japan. I bowed to them and thanked them with all my heart for being there and giving their love to the land and people of Japan.

The greatest blessing we have is the gift of love. Love is the highest vibration on the planet. Yet so many people ask me what is love and how can I feel it? The world we live in today was created from our minds. We are surrounded by concrete structures and man-made creations that have no life of their own and only reflect the straight artificial logic of our minds. No wonder we don’t know what love is!

We find love in Nature. Nature has a heart and radiates life energy. If we are going to save this world, it will involve returning to a world more dominated by Nature and a life more in harmony with our heart. Our heart was created as a part of Nature. Our heart grows best when we feel more love for our self and the world around us. Everything in Nature blossoms when human beings are feeling more love. Love radiates Life Force. It is alive and vibrant. Love is a force that guides our life every day but we have been trained to ignore it and follow logic and rules instead.

This is a time when many of the most powerful beings who have been on the earth before have now returned. They have been born over the last 75 years into normal human circumstances and very normal lives. Over the last few years these beings are all waking up to their true consciousness and feeling the guidance of the Mother/Father Divine Consciousness moving through them. We call these beings the Elders. An Elder does not always know who they really are until the universe calls them into action. Then their Heart wakes up and the Cosmic Divine Consciousness moves through them so powerfully that they can no longer resist and live normal lives.

The Elders are here to hold every human heart inside their hearts and guide humanity through the last storms into the Light. The last storms are moving over the Earth now and many souls are struggling with their power to find their way to the Light. At this time know who you are and understand that the Elders (who have also been your teachers and guides in former lives) are with you once again. We hold you in our hearts so you can make it through the confusion and depression and ultimately climb out of your dark days into the Light.

The world we live in relies on language and verbal skills to communicate to others around us. At least that is the way it looks from our ego/mind’s perspective. But in reality there are many times when we cross over the sound barrier and communicate through our feelings without realizing it.

Plants and animals can feel our energy, particularly our emotions such as love. There is no doubt that when we love our garden, the plants flourish and when we don’t care, they dry up and die. Our pets can feel our feelings and desires even before we communicate them with words. As soon as my heart feels love for Fluffy, his head lifts up and he looks at me. If I then think about giving him a snack, as soon as I picture a snack in my consciousness, he jumps up with anticipation.

Our human heart is full of many emotions and old memories. Inside of that heart there is a bright light that is like a candle flame in a room without wind. We can call this our Pure Heart or the Heart of our Divine Self. When we are silent enough we can feel this light and it remains steady and clear. This is what happens sometimes when we meditate. We find this steady and clear presence inside of our self. This is the Pure Heart and the Source of the Universe inside of us.

During the day when we are not in meditation and step out into our life and activity in the world, our heart flame is shaken by the winds of emotion and pressures from the world around us. The Pure Heart is our true self. It is the eye of consciousness that experiences the kind of life we are living. When the eye of the flame is shaking, we cannot see anything clearly. The flickering and shaking of our own vision will distort every perception and we will feel off balance and make mistakes.

At the very Center of our Existence is the Nuclear Spark of Life. This Spark vibrates and expands from Source through everything we do. Some would say that this is Pure Love, others would call it the Source of All Life in the Universe. I have called this Spark a Mantra, the guiding Light that shows us the way to Infinite Joy and Infinite Love.

We are born from the Universe and our individual life is an expression of the Divine Spark of Love and Light that moves through us every day. Usually our mind is so noisy and so bossy that we fail to feel the Silent Wave of Light that creates our life in harmony with all living things. Learning to receive this Wave of Light and Love is the greatest opportunity we have to find our way through the many challenges of our life. Divine Love never shouts at us. It only shines the Light so we can see where we are going. Tuning into this Silent Spark allows the Wave to get bigger and clearer with each step that we take. There is no need to control it or force it. This is the Pure Spark of Life that moves eternally through every step we take in life.

When I was nineteen I started on my journey to find God and Enlightenment. I had many roads to choose from and not all of them would lead me where I wanted to go. I had no knowledge then and only my heart to guide me, but I surrendered to the universe everything that I owned and simply said, “I am Yours!”

After a few days a friend of mine gave me a copy of “Autobiography of a Yogi” and told me I had to read it. It changed my life. Something woke up inside of me and I knew why I was here and what I had to do. That book was the real beginning of my spiritual quest and Yogananda and Babaji have been with me ever since. It’s funny because I always felt I would come back to them even though I never left them.

The journey to the Light might seem like it takes a long time. There seems to be so many obstacles on the way. But once you experience the light the obstacles all disappear and only the Light remains like a brilliant Sun that illuminates everything.

Why does it seem so far? Why do we see so many obstacles? The answer is simpler than we expect. We are the Sun, the Source, the Brilliance of Love at the very center of our Heart and the very center of the Universe. When we focus on anything else with our ego/mind, the thing we are focusing on engages our perspective and we lose sight of the Sunshine. This is similar to when we are reading an engaging story in a book. We get so absorbed in the story, that we don’t notice anything in the room. Someone can walk in on us and we don’t see them.

Oh Dear Mother in Nature, our Ancient Mother!

You are everywhere. You surround us and yet we don’t often see you or know how much you love us.

I see you in the trees and in the flowers. You are the great guardian of all life. When I see you I breathe with your breath. My heart moves with your Divine Heart and I feel refreshed. The simpler my life becomes, the closer I feel to you.

We have so many things that distract us from communing with you, but now we are all looking for you and desire to breathe with you again. Your breath is full of love and full of Life Force that rejuvenates us when we are tired and clears us when we are confused or upset.

Our Chakras are the windows of our soul. They are the centers of our soul consciousness through which we view the world and transform our life. When our Chakras are full of electricity we are happy and successful. Our vision is clear and true and our life is in harmony with the universe.

But when our Chakras are congested with old memories and resistances due to emotions, their Life Force slows down and our perception gets distorted. When this happens it is important for us to find a way to move our energy by doing something that we love. Our own excitement generates more Life Force so our Chakras can get spinning again and our perception returns to a higher level.

It is amazing how much our heart holds on to things we love. This week I am getting rid of many things that I have kept for many years. The more I let go of these things, the more memories are gone with them. So today as I left my house, I was feeling that I forgot something or that something was missing. It didn’t occur to me that it was because of all the things I am getting rid of from my past. I was so surprised how much my life was defined by the things from my past.

Maharishi once said that as long as the pocket is full, something new cannot come in. I always thought he was talking about money. Now I realize that the room of my heart was filled with attachments to the things I have kept over the years. With each thing I let go of, my heart was also feeling more open to new possibilities. Oh my God! Everything I owned had memories attached to them and my heart couldn’t fully move into the New Life that I was beginning to live until I let go of the past.

And I am here to tell you about the stars. All stars are beings of light! They are fully conscious beings and they radiate their light beams throughout the universe like a Cosmic Nervous System. As the stars connect together in an alignment, the Cosmic Nervous System wakes up and stimulates all living beings that are close to that alignment. This is called a Cosmic Power Feeding.

You have received many of these this year, particularly from the Master planet of Jupiter. We can say that this planet is the Tanden or Hara of your Solar System. When Jupiter lights up and becomes aligned with other planets, your own nervous system is stimulated with Cosmic Energy called Kundalini. Walking through our corridors of concrete, we forget that we are made from this Earth and our Mother Earth takes care of us. The food she creates for us is far away from our sight. We only see it in the supermarkets after it has left the garden for days. But Mother Earth abundantly creates this food where we were born in Nature.

Our human corridors of concrete and the wastes from our machines are breaking down even Nature. But Mother Earth continues to cleanse herself through rain and storm to keep us healthy.
