These Energy healings on remote sessions are divided into 3 sessions of a duration around 20 minutes and is done on remote. This because animals are less complicated in their mind and thoughts than humans are and therefore is the energy working in more rapidely. This healing can also be done in person! NDL and ENG

Andy Bojarski ~ Step 6 – How to Heal Yourself and Others – How to Energize the Chakras

 

Once you have scanned and removed all diseased and blocked energies, it is time to fill the energy chakras with new energy.  After you remove all diseased energy by scanning, feeling, sweeping and flicking the diseased energies (see step 4 on how to do this by clicking HERE), you are ready to energize the energy chakras.

So here is the process on how to do this.  Remember that when you were scanning and cleansing the body, you were standing next to the body.

So after you have removed the diseased and stuck energy, go back and sit down on your stool.  Your stool is behind the person’s head.  Put both your hands on the person’s crown, the top of their head.  If the person is not physically there and you are doing a distant healing, then imagine them there lying in front of you

Andy Bojarski ~ Step 5 – How to Heal Yourself and Others – How to Bring in Your Spiritual Healing Support Team

 

When you are beginning an energy healing, you need your spiritual healing and support team to be with you.  You decide who you want to be there with you to help you with your energy healing.  I would recommend Arch Angel Michael to protect you and the person you are healing.

I would recommend Arch Angel Raphael as he is the Arch Angel of healing.  I would recommend Jesus and Sananda as they are both excellent healers.  I would also recommend Lady Nada and Lady Portia to help remove unwanted cords and attachments and karma.

And let’s not forget Saint Germain who is the keeper of the violet fame.  Lastly ask your spirit guide to be with you.  You can also ask anyone you feel a strong connection to, like additional Arch Angels and Ascended Masters, not mentioned here, to be with you.

Step 4 – How to Heal Yourself and Others – How to Sweep and Remove Diseased Energy

Once you can scan and locate the inner aura (which was discussed in the last step of this series), the next thing that you will be doing is finding the diseased energy and removing it by scanning, feeling, sweeping, and discarding.

We all have diseased energy that needs to be removed.  You do this by scanning the aura, chakras and organs of the physical body.  In the last post, you felt the aura and you located and felt the chakras of the etheric body.

Now, you will need to do a general sweep of the etheric body and chakras and organs.  So imagine the person lying down on a healing table that you have.  It could be a couch if you do not have a healing table.
It would be best if an actual person was there with you lying down.  Find their inner aura with your left hand by bringing your fingers together in your left hand.  The inner aura is 3-4 inches above the physical body.  Trace the inner aura back and forth over the entire body with your hand, following the contours of the inner aura.

Andy Bojarski ~ Step 3 – How to Heal Yourself and Others – How to Feel the Inner Aura and Chakras With Your Hands

 

When you are energy healing yourself or others, there are basically two things that you are always doing.  You need to always do both things for an effective energy healing.

You will be sweeping and removing stuff that does not serve the person’s highest and best good AND you will be energizing the etheric body and the chakras of the etheric body.

This posting will go into detail on how to locate the inner aura and chakras and to help you understand how they feel.  In an energy healing, you can have either Ki energy congestion or Ki energy depletion.

Ki energy congestion means that there is a lot of stuck energy in a certain organ or chakra that may extend out to other organs around this chakra.  This causes those organs to be affected and causes you to be physically sick.  Ki energy depletion means that the area, organ or chakra does not have a lot of Ki energy there and needs to be energized.  This also causes you to be sick.

If you have a sinus headache or a toothache or any sort of moderate pain or discomfort, there is something that you can do to help you get rid of this pain.  It should work instantly for you.

This remedy is better than taking over the counter or prescription pain medication as the pain medicine may have adverse side effects.  Remember that you have an inner and an outer aura.

This is your etheric body.  The etheric body follows the contours of your physical body and this etheric body composes the energy field in which you live and move.  When you are sick, it is typically because there is an energy leak in your aura or you are congested or depleted of energy.  Ki or prana energy is the vital energy or the life-force.

We all have a physical body and an etheric body. The chakras in your body control and affect your spiritual and psychological condition. They also control and energize the vital organs of your physical body.

So if you are physically sick or not feeling well, it is because your chakra(s) are depleted or congested of energy. Maybe you have too much or not enough energy in that chakra that is affecting the organ that is causing you to be sick physically.  Maybe the chakra has old, stuck, depleted, or dark negative energy.  This needs to be cleansed out and the chakra needs to be re-energized.

Before you can attempt to heal yourself and others, you need to understand how an energy healing works and you need to understand exactly what you are doing when you are performing an energy healing.

There are basically two bodies that we all have.  We have the physical body that we are all aware of.  And we also have an etheric energy body. This energy body basically resides on top of our physical body and is connected to our physical body.

The energy body is what you are healing in an energy healing.  By healing the energy body, you are basically healing the physical body.  The energy body has different energy centers throughout the body known as chakras.  These chakras house your energy that is needed for your physical body.  You have major and minor chakras.  The charkas are located throughout the body.
