My meditative and nighttime dream experiences are normally especially vivid, and because I have a somewhat photographic memory, I'm able to bring things back with me in fairly accurate detail.  I often go to a beautifully decorated room with a cozy window-seat and a curved picture window.  It looks out onto a dark and starry vista, and it is almost imperceptively moving.  White is the predominant color, and there are sparkling crystal chandeleirs, colorful, embroidered pillows strewn about and delicate white pieces of furniture.  Although the trappings are very feminine, it also has a sort of contemporary and "techy" feeling.  I've been told that this is, in whatever sense, "my room", and I'm pretty sure that I know where it is.  And I go here often. There is also a magenta-colored book, and I always see myself writing in it.  A couple of years ago I came back with this particular piece, which caught my attention  when the pages fell open of thier own accord.  When I shared parts of it on my old blog, I was under the erroneous assumption that it was a channeled message, but have since learned that it is not.  This past week, it has kept reappearing in my consciousness, over and over and over again, as I've been asking for some obvious guidance and intervention, as I weather the effects of this incredibly intense incoming energy.  So here it is again, complete in it's original format.  I hope that it will offer some solace to you as you ride the wild, energetic rollercoaster that is the current planetary alignments.  Namaste!

In these days leading up to the Solstice time, there is much light of an aggressive nature affecting you.  By aggressive, we mean not ill-meaning or hurtful. It is instead the sort of a frequency which you shall notice in a intensely physical and openly tangible sense.  Are there many of you who might say that this is not so?  That you have not at all been feeling tired or achy, deeply emotional, fearful or somewhat lost?  We wish to assure you that these reactions are but by-products of your bodies' absorption of a level and quality of energy that your human vessels have, thus far, not experienced.  Such frequencies are most familiar and comfortable for you while in a non-human state, and your higher nature recognizes and embraces these energies.  But they can be quite taxing to your Earthly selves, as you are exhausted already-each one of you-for this particular journey has been long and ardous!

As you recognize and ackowledge fleeting feelings of false entrapment and confusion, accept them for exactly what they are; reactions, garbled messages, and the lower ego's last-ditch attempts to remain a significant decision maker in your life.  It must not be so, however.  You have evolved far, far past this sort of thing, and must now make life choices from the wisdom of your highest and purest nature.  These times require you to trust yourself, implicitly.  You must have faith in the quality and content of the information you are receiving, be it via the vehicle of dreamtime travel, instantaneous thoughts and epiphanies, or repetetive physical signs which you encounter throughout your day.  Trust yourselves, Dear Ones.  Trust and follow through.

☁︎ I'm being guided today to share a theme that has been coming up repeatedly in readings, over the past couple of weeks.  The Angels and Guides seem to be strongly advocating for us all to be especially watchful and aware of what we are doing during the hours that our physical bodies are asleep.  Each client, regardless of their personal situation, seems to have this as either the main theme or as a parting piece of advice in their message.  I genuinely feel that this is another one of many indicators of what a critical time this is in the Earth's ascension.  My own Team is telling me that the work we are doing and the lessons we are being given at night is extremely important, and we must do whatever we can to retain at least a portion of it upon awakening.  Much of what we are doing and are being shown involves our current life-mission, and these memories can provide valuable insight as to what we can and should be doing to help raise the planet's collective vibration.

Hello, dear friends.  I hope that 2015 is starting out for all of you to be a year of wake-up-calls, new ideas and a renewed sense of purpose.  At least this first week, anyway!  I'm personally finding the energy that's coming in to be quite intense and very no-nonsense. Kind of like it's pushing us through the door and flinging us headlong into our life purpose, whether we think we're ready for it or not!  It most definitely takes no prisoners!  Beloved Haniel's message very much embodies that "take-charge and hit the books" sort of spirit.  I hope her words resonate. ~ Bella

"Events are moving at a rapid pace. In this I refer not only to that which is transpiring globally, but in ways which are  uniquely personal to each and every one of you.  While your year prior oftentimes felt to be crawling along at a slightly sluggish pace, you may rest assured that this shall not at all be the case these coming months.  Do you feel it now?  For a good many, it is is rather difficult to miss.

This energy is powerful.  It is, in it's own particular way, raw and untouched-not watered down in the least.  Streaming directly from Source, it is intentionally being transmitted in this way so it cannot possibly be disregarded by the masses.  In it's purity and strength it cuts to the very core of your beingness and clears away the debris of a thousand lifetimes.  You are clearly perceiving God's  message this time, are you not?  Your bodies are reacting to it a bit uncomfortably, often spinning and pitching as though aboard a ship at sea.  You are being activated to aggressively pursue your Divine misssion; to refine and upgrade yourselves, to study, to try something new.

★ Even though it’s already mid-January, I thought I’d add an other resolution to my list-and that is to post a short reading every day. Well, at least five out of seven days!  I find that doing this centers me and strengthens my connection with Spirit, and it also gets my day off to a happy start.  In addition, it presents a good illustration of the actual content of today’s message.

★ I was participating in a global meditation over the weekend, and my angels and guides kept showing me the image of a particular card from my favorite deck.  The card is entitled “Blessed Change”, and it’s from the Magical Mermaids and Dolphins Oracle.  Obviously, this is a subject which they would like me to write about, so here we go…

✿ So say The Angels.  Or at least, so they said as I was sitting just now and mulling over all of the subtle, yet fascinating synchronicities and events which have been occurring as we’ve moved closer and closer to the New Year of 2014.  I’m talking about all the little things which, if you aren’t actively training yourself to become of aware of, will pass by you totally unnoticed.

✿ While upheaval is taking place within many of the world’s governments, economies and social stratas, there is also a more subtle and sweeping shift engulfing our planet.  It’s happening to the individual people – The everyday people who are living simple lives and doing normal, ordinary things.  I’ve seen it as I’m out and about in town shopping for my store and for the Holidays.  The cashiers in the stores are smiling and wishing everyone a happy day.  There is less aggression out on the roads.  At Dunkin Donuts yesterday, three different employees circulated around the shop, going from table to table and asking the guests if the food was alright and if we needed anything else.  Wow!  I don’t know about you, but I found this behavior quite new and wonderful.

Hey, Friends!  It’s been awhile since I’ve shared a message on my blog.  This has been a wonderful, but very hectic, Holiday Season; lots of baking, decorating, working and entertaining…  I love it when it’s my turn to host Christmas!  My Angels and Guides have been my ever-present companions and co-conspirators as I set about to create an experience for my family and friends that truly embraces the true meaning and traditions of this magical time of year.  Now, today, I’ve decided that it’s time to get back to my blog and my wonderful friends around the world. This decision is not without it’s challenges, however.  I’ve already been interrupted twice to retrieve shredded gift-wrap from the dogs and to make cinnamon toast.

❅ There is so much optimism in the air!  Just yesterday, we sat down at the Thanksgiving table and took stock of all that we have to be grateful for; family, friends, the myriad joys we experience every day, and a Universe that supports and loves us.  Personally, over the last several weeks,  I’ve been feeling a tremendous change in a the quality and intensity of the energy which appears to be enveloping the Earth like a soft, cozy blanket just out of the clothesdryer. In my life, it’s a marked contrast to how it felt in the summer and early fall.

❆ We are beginning to be dragged less against the grain and are starting to flow more gently along with it.  As we set our goals for the new year, it clearly seems that there will be less resistance and struggle involved in bringing them from the point of visualization and into a liveable reality.  I wouldn’t ever write this if I were not already experiencing it for myself.  Trust me, manifestation has not been my strong suit, but I’m finding that with the shift in energy is coming an almost magical ability to make things happen.  If we set the intention and are willing to work at it, of course!

Have you ever noticed how, when you first wake up in the morning, everything is so clean, fresh and unsullied by the stresses and strains of the day before?  It’s as if, during our dreamtime adventures, we’ve been reset and given the opportunity to begin anew.  Which is exactly what has happened!  It’s during those first waking moments, before our feet even touch the floor, that our dreams and goals are the most clear.  Which makes this the perfect time to choose and state our affirmations for the day.

Focus on your dreams.  Today’s card – “Morning Affirmations”, from the Magical Mermaids & Dolphins Deck – encourages us to do just that, and to do it right away.  First thing.  Prior to your first cup of coffee or before that first little niggling I can’t do it thought sneaks into your reality.  There is less blockage during those intial moments of wakefulness, so our intentions are able to zip out into the Universe unimpeded and at a much faster speed.  And we are also able to pull a whole lot more sunshine and rainbows into our energy field!

✺ Hi everyone, and happy Friday! It’s so nice to be back online and writing again, even in the midst of all the wild and wonderful activity going on in my world right now!  It’s been especially important lately for me to be paying close attention to the subtle signs and promptings, my dream-imagery, and the quiet voices of the Angels.  Which brings me to the topic of today’s reading…

✺ Today I chose to draw a card from one of my favorite decks; Messages From Your Angels.  Appropriately, and quite synchronistically I might add, I pulled “Adriana.”  Her message is more of a reminder than anything else;  a reminder for us to not simply rely on the obvious and somewhat faulty tools presented to us by our outer physical world.  We are instead asked to tune into that precious voice deep within ourselves – the one which has it’s origins in our hearts rather than our heads, and which only has our best interests in mind.

~ One of the easiest and most gratifying ways of increasing your abundance is by helping others increase theirs.  Sharing and giving of yourself instantly raises your vibration.  Your heart chakra opens wide, allowing love to both flow outward into the world, and also allowing love to enter in. Haven’t you ever noticed that warm, exciting rush of joy that you get whenever you engage in an unselfish act of kindness?

~ Today I’ve drawn a card from the Magical Unicorns deck.  It is very simply entitled, “Share.”  On this card is a picture of a Unicorn, bedecked in garlands of brilliant red roses.  There are two Fairies present – one who rides upon the Unicorn’s back and another who is sharing freely from a basket which is overflowing with flowers!  The little Fairy decorates the gentle Unicorn.  In the process of doing this she is creating beauty with this act of generosity.  The Unicorn looks down at her, his eyes filled with gratitude, appreciation and love.  The Fairy atop the Unicorn’s back smiles brightly down at her, offering her more love and happiness in reciprocation.

☀ Feel the warmth of the sun on your face, the crunch of Autumn leaves beneath your feet, the wind through your hair and the transformative effects of the water element, as you dive deep beneath the waves.  This is a magical time, energetically speaking.  The Earth is being showered with new, upgraded frequencies which have the power to profoundly affect our physical DNA and our emotional and spiritual well-being.  Regardless of where you live or how hectic your day-to-day schedule is, it’s important to squeeze in at least a few moments here and there, in order to be positioned out of doors – the most effective way in which to absorb these blessed gifts in their purest and most unobstructed form.  The Angels are excitedly encouraging us to get up off the couch, and to go outside and play!

❀ Good morning, Friends!  Before beginning my day, I wanted to take a moment to share with you a lovely visualization and message that I was given while working with a client the other day.  We were addressing her concerns over the general state of society today, and it’s accompanying stressors;  things such as global political unrest, the threat of war in Syria, our economy, and other such energetic imbalances.  Her fears were deeply affecting almost every area of her life.  She felt hopeless, defeated, and was wondering, “What’s the point of it all?”

~ If your life is anything like mine, September is already shaping up to be pretty busy month.  Characteristically, September is always a month of transition.  It heralds the end of summer and the onset of fall.  It’s back-to-school time for the kids, creating a shift in our perspectives and in our daily schedules.  And really, the Holiday decorations are showing up in the stores earlier and earlier every year – the craft stores have been filled with Christmas decorations since August!  (More on that topic later).  And so it begins…

~ While I definitely have my fellow Moms in mind as I write this post, I believe the general theme is applicable to everyone.  It’s becoming increasingly challenging to balance our spirituality with the demands of daily life, at least right now, as we teeter precariously upon the balancing beam between the old world and the new.  It requires us to be in both places at once; to remain centered and in the stillpoint,  all the while keeping up with the responsibilities of work, home, and caring for the loved ones who depend on us.  We can often get caught with all the “busy-stuff”, and the lovely 5D life we’re endeavoring to manifest in our meditations gets involuntarily put on the back-burner.

~ I had a client yesterday who came to me because she was struggling with what she was perceiving to be blocks; blocks to her achieving her professional goals, to family harmony and a long overdue need to de-clutter her home and working environments.  I will call her “Jenny.”  While she is is an amazing healer and very much awakened, she was becoming increasingly frustrated with a feeling of stagnation and an inability to conquer her natural tendency towards procrastination (where the clutter was concerned).  Once we connected with her Team, I was immediately given imagery which shed some light on what was actually going on.  The first thing I was shown was the  a girl on a rocky beach.  She was clinging to a large boulder, holding on for dear life as the waves crashed over the rocks and tried to pull her away.  She was quite tenacious!  She refused to release her hold on the boulder, and I could actually feel her fear.  It was a fear of giving up control, of the power and intensity of the waves, of drowning, and most importantly – what lay on the other end of where these waves were attempting to take her.  Then the scenario changed, and there were now two Jenny’s;  the one who maintained her hold on the rock and a new one who trusted and let go, allowing the waves to sweep her away.  The second Jenny relaxed into the natural movement of the waves, and floated gently and safely on her back, out to sea.

☔ I want to share a really sweet and pretty image I was given during the Savasana portion of my yoga class, yesterday. Actually,more than an image, it was a journey of sorts.  I can’t be sure what it means exactly.  My personal impression is that I was being shown that the Divine Mother’s soft and therapeutic energy is blanketing the planet right now, and is bringing peace and harmony into our currently rather volatile society.  I truly hope that what I saw was a brief vision of the future, as it felt so friendly and happy, and was heartbreakingly lovely.  This post is all fluffy sunshine and bubblegum, to be sure.  But given what’s transpiring out there in the world today, couldn’t we all use a little bit of that to boost our morale?

My Vision:

☔ I lay still and exhausted on my mat, and then felt everything change around me.  The hot, stagnant air from class became fresh and suddenly cool.  I saw it swirl around me in a counter-clockwise formation, sweeping me right along with it.  The throbbing pain in my ankle (from an old sports injury) went away.  It was such a relief to completely give myself over to the movement of the energy, relinquishing all control and any conscious need to think.  I watched from behind closed eyes as the rain began to fall, softly at first, and then turning into a blinding downpour.  So much rain.  Pink rain.  It felt warm and cold at the same time, so cleansing and calming.  I watched as the rain pooled beneath me, creating a depp, rushing river.  My mat became a kind of flying carpet (or in this case, a flying surfboard!) and I found myself being swept naturally along with the river’s current.

♒ Be still.  Be silent.  Stop the constant movement of your body and put on hold the chatter of the mind.  Allow yourself the luxury to let all of the toxic illusion fall away, spun into the abyss below.  Below and not above.  Never above.  Below, as in meaning sent back to the vibratory level unto which belongs, a level or two beneath your own currently ascended one.  Listen.  Hear the pulsing of your Human heart – for this is such a miracle, that your heart beats and beats all on it’s own.  Without any expenditure of effort on your part, and without your being conscious of it’s workings or setting an intent that it be so.  Do you not see the correlation, Sweet Sisters and Brothers, between the natural and easy  functioning of your vessel and the smooth and unimpeded flow of the Universe?  Are the stars forced to sparkle in the nighttime sky?  The moon to move the tides?  The rain to fall, the wind to blow, to flowers to unfurl their petals to the glory of the morning light?  Perchance, you think you’re of a need to set appointments with your Holy Family, for help and intervention; that you are unworthy of this help because you have somehow – erroneously – gotten the idea that you are something, anything less than perfect?  Foolishness, this!

♥ Love is in the air!  Not just the romantic sort, but every kind of love imaginable.  It’s a tangible thing – you can see it, feel it, touch it…  As I concluded my summer travels, I re-entered my home state of Florida at around 2 a.m.  We all were exhausted from the drive from New York, but a vibe of excitement and anticipation seemed to envelop us as we drove further and further south.  For me personally, being on the Florida coast has always made me feel especially close to the Atlantean energies and those golden days of long ago.  It’s like I’m supposed to be there.  Clearly, it was welcoming me back.  How wonderful it was when I was treated to the spectacular vision of two shooting stars over the moonlit waters of Flagler Beach!  This is a truly such a magical time for us all, the theme of which is about coming together.  It’s about joining up with our soul partners and connecting with our life purpose.  We are rediscovering and downloading the wisdom of our higher selves and gradually remembering much of what we forgot when we chose to incarnate as third-dimensional Human Beings.  This is the Sacred Marriage of the  masculine and feminine within ourselves.

Hello Friends!  This week I’m off on a fun-filled family road-trip.  After spending the summer in Boston, we’re all packed up and heading out to to drop my son off at school in New York, and then it’s home to Florida.  Dogs, kid, Grandma, too much luggage…(kind of the stuff Reality Shows are made of.)  In my world, there’s never a dull moment!

For me, the end of summer-break also signals a brand new beginning.  I have lots of new projects that I plan to tackle this fall!  Therefore, I feel this is the perfect time to post one of my original messages from Archangel Haniel.  While it is from last October, the advice she shares is applicable at any time.  She talks about how we can literally reinvent ourselves each day, if we want to.  She reminds us that we are constantly transforming, and that this is truly a cause for celebration.  I hope you enjoy her loving words.

Today’s message is a very simple and straightforward one.  It’s purpose is to offer us a sense of peace and serenity, and to provide a feeling of safety and comfort during these fast-moving and often confusing times.  Our friends and family of the Higher Realms wish to reassure us that the Earth’s children are unconditionally loved and Divinely protected, always.  No matter where they go or what activities they are engaged in, they never, ever walk alone.

As parents, educators and healers, it’s seems so natural to worry about the children.  We are concerned about their health and the quality of the food they are consuming – or even whether there is sufficient food for them to consume at all!  We strive to shield them from violence and to equip them, as best we can, to live as heart centered people in what’s left of a decaying society – one which thrives on “achievement”, competition and materialism; the very society that they have come here to change.  As more and more of the truth is revealed, we are shocked and dismayed to learn what has really been going in with our educational and medical systems.  Have we made the right choices?  Have we pointed our children in the best direction?  Is there something else we should be doing for them now?
