Do not engage with the moods, the emotions, the anxieties

As the most definitive moment in human history approaches, many of you are experiencing tiredness, irritability, mood swings, health issues, relationship issues, etc., so be aware that everything you need to address before you awaken is being brought to your awareness, and it can be rather uncomfortable for you. Stick with them – the moods, the emotions, the anxieties – but do not engage. No reasoning: “Why this?” “What does it mean?” “What I said/did/thought was right/wrong.”  Just observe . . . feel . . . allow . . . and release. No judgment, no blame, because it truly is all illusory and therefore there is no need to become unduly upset.  Yes, it can be difficult for you, but remember you have boundless assistance from those in the spiritual realms who long to help you in any way that they can – just ask!

Distractions are bad for my spiritual growth.

Maybe they aren’t.

Here is a good way to help you determine the fact.

If the distraction or hobby make you be more present then it can be beneficial.  While you are engaged in the event does time disappear?  Do other worldly problems dissolve in the background?  Does it allow you to completely “be” in the moment?

If you answered yes to these then by all means continue them.  They are tools to help you experience the richness in life.

Anything that allows you to be a human being instead of a human doing will advance you on your path.

We welcome you in the present energetic patterns of changes and of Love. Although you cannot see the energies of Love and it is not quite clear to you whether they are arriving on your world, you can definitely sense them deep in your cells and in your DNA.  The “maturation process” involved needs time to bloom and this applies to you too.  Your crystalline body has been adjusted and been given an enormous amount of light codes and love energies. This "maturation process" is now fully operational, something that you can feel but that you cannot see yet. Once this “maturation process’ regarding the changes in your body is fully completed, everything around you will soon follow. As you already know; everything starts from within yourself!  Once this process is concluded, all else as well as your environment will follow. You create it all from within yourself.

✥ Greetings Child, Our Light, Our Heart.  Present the message we bring, to all of those who care to listen.  We are The Principalities.  We come to bestow our gracious tidings upon you, Sweet Ones.  As you know, we are the Guardians of Gaia and the watchers of the peoples.  We are the keepers of the lands.  These lands are your home, and blessed be Gaia that this is so.  It is upon her rich and fertile soils you make your homes.  You create them to be beautiful.  They are to shelter you and yours, and to keep you warm and dry.  You seek shelter inside its walls from the harshest of the elements and from all that does you harm.  We see you like to save things here, as precious keepsakes of your life and times.  This is so lovely, we think, that you do these things.  Keeping of home is a kindly art and it is as essential to your well-being as the water you drink, the table you set and the fine company you keep.  The home is a reflection of who it is you be this time round, and that which you seek to be in days ahead. 

✥ The colors of your home reflect the colors of your being.  Who be you, Child, we inquire?  You in truth are not your human vessel, but a creature made of Light.  Your Earthly environs ought reflect the vibrant complexity of your star-essence and your auric field.  Be you a child of indigo or gold or Holy Mother’s petal pink, like the rose…show these colors.  You ought bring them into your home for the maximum benefit.  These hues shall bring you comfort in these trying times.  Adorn each corner of your livingspace with beauty;  beauty as only you perceive and know it to be.

✥ Mother Gaia wishes to be present in your homes.  Says she, “You think to only know me in the out-of-doors!”  See that this is just not so.  Gaia seeks her welcome everyplace, and in her way she provides a bountiful harvest to select from.  Sparkling crystals carry within them the essential energies needed for your transfiguration.  And, oh the flower kingdom, be it ever so sweet.  The flowers offer themselves up to you in service, such selfless service, to bedeck your Holy space with Mother’s sweet perfume.  The hue of healing would be grassy green.  Allow the greenery inside to cleanse the air and heal you.

✥ Liken your livingspace to a container within which you flourish and grow.  Keep it fair and healthy.  Dust off the webbing and clear this space for ultimate expansion.  Fill up the rooms with lively company.  Engage yourself in laughter and light talk. Aim to share the happy news, whilst together you break bread.  Be exultant.  Delightful you are, Sweet Ones.  So like God.

We would like to begin today by pointing out the intense energies you are experiencing.  The upgrades of your energy bodies and DNA are being sped up as we speak.  We would like to caution you to be more careful than usual during the next few days.  You will need some time to assimilate this and learn to deal with it.

Those of you who are in the midst of internal changes and clearing will find these accelerating as well.  If, in the course of these next days, you find yourselves thinking and dreaming of new ways to experience and enjoy the lives you are living, please do not reject and dismiss it.  These are promptings from your higher Selves, which are closer to you now than ever before.  In point of fact, you should now begin to feel the nearness of your entire spiritual families.  The ‘veil’, as you call it, is in tatters and you should begin to feel a marked increase in communication, at least in feelings and urges.  Closer is, of course, not really true, but merely the best way to describe the situation.  Perhaps we should say that your ability to perceive their presence is being heightened.

We tell you also that, if it is your heart’s desire to embody your highest potential, then now is the time to hold your focus and intent upon that vision.  Reach for the energies that are surrounding you now with the intention of raising your frequencies to the greatest extent possible.  That is, in fact, the purpose behind their being gifted to you.  Every particle, atom, and molecule in your entire body, world, and solar system is being charged at this time.  You will begin to discover that nothing is the same, even if it appears to be for a short time.  Your perceptions do, after all, create your reality.

Release your hold on what you do not wish to carry into your future with you.  Thank it for its contribution to your learning and send it on its way.  Welcome the new story of your new life.  Change, if you think about it, requires energy.  Energy is available to you now as it has never been before.  Breathe it, welcome it, float in it, swim in it, dance in it, and hold an attitude of gratefulness for what it brings you, and we promise you that your tomorrow will be the joyous world you have always known should be yours.

Please allow for all to experience the uplifting if they so desire.  Do not hold yourselves back by dwelling upon retribution for past deeds.  It is important to know what needs to be changed.  It is equally important to forgive and move on.  Your focus in this moment needs to be upon your own rise in consciousness.  What needs to happen for another soul will happen.  That need not concern you.  In fact, you will best serve those souls and yourselves by holding them in the light and wishing for their highest and best progress, as well.

To return to more joyous thoughts, in your quiet moments now, reach out in your thoughts and feelings and you will feel our presence, even if you do not see or hear us… yet.  That, too, you will have soon enough.  Rejoice!  You are almost home.  Rather we should say, home is almost here.

In moments of stress, doubt, or fear, if there should occur any such, reach out for us and ask for our help.  We are no farther away now than your thought.  Hold us in your hearts until the next time we speak, as we hold you in ours.  Good day.

Yeshua and the Company of Heaven ~

Greetings, Beings of the Light. We greet you from the Company of Heaven.

Much has transpired in this very critical period of transformation. So much Light has entered your Being and your Earth that a significant change has transpired.

All around your World, there is preparation for a greater awakening and anchoring of Love energy. It is becoming a way of life for many now. The world of duality is starting to fade as you embrace the Light and Love being sent to you in greater amounts than ever.

All is well and all is on target. Many are feeling the changes as their Light Bodies become more engorged with Light and their DNA becomes more on-line. There is no turning back. You are on a fast-track to Ascension.

There is so much help for you now; you just have to think about it and ask from your Heart and you will receive it. All is in full gear for your path to Ascension, dear Ones. This is what you have been preparing for.

Pay attention to the signs. Pay attention to the whispers in your Souls. Pay attention to the guidance being given to you in abundance, dear Ones. The only way you can avoid it is if you turn away from it. But why would you? These are your moments, when you can stand at the top of the peak and survey how far you have come.

Take a moment now to ponder your progress so far. Take a look at your priorities. Have they changed? Have they become more in line with the agenda of your transformation to Beings who are concerned not only with your own development but that of others’? Are you taking in hand all who have reached out for help?

Just as we have taken your hand as you have reached for help, others are waiting for you to lend your hand. You can handle it, as your capacity for Love has increased considerably by now. Do you feel it? Do you embrace it? You are becoming the magnificent Beings of Light that you have always been, but now you are uncovering it and shining it out for all to see.

We of the Company of Heaven have watched you and nurtured you and now, just as a toddler becomes a child, or just as a teenager becomes an adult, you are ready to take on more responsibility and tasks for your greater growth. And thus, with that growth comes wonders and new information you can now hold within you to guide you to greater adventures.

It is still important to watch your negative thoughts that enter into your consciousness from time-to-time. These are just vestiges of your experiences in duality and are easily washed away with your newfound Light.

Take this time now to congratulate yourselves on a journey that not all were courageous enough to embark on. You were, and you discovered even more abilities and courage as you went. It has not been easy, we agree. But for the magnificent Divine Beings that you are, it will prove to be a “piece of cake”, as they say.

You may not always feel that way, but looking at your immense abilities and capabilities and Divine Essence that you are, you are completing the transformation with more ease than you once thought you could.

Remember to envelop yourselves constantly in the Light and establish and maintain that connection with the Great Central Sun every waking moment. Feel the power connecting with your Soul Star and through your Heart and then down deep into Mother Earth where you ignite the grid and back up again to the Great Central Sun, igniting all your chakras as you go. Feel and see and be in this Column of Light as your norm from now on. Do not be without it, for it will lead you steadily on the path to Ascension.

Dear Beloveds, you have so much to be grateful for, and it is important to feel gratitude in your Heart and to express it constantly. For this will bring even more gifts to you, and to others.

We commend you for your courage and your perseverance and we stand beside you at the ready for any assistance. You are taking the reins now and we are just acting as your “Wing-man”, as they quote the term.  We walk with you on this journey, and what a splendidly exciting journey it is!

Greetings beloved ones, I Am Lady Portia and I welcome you in these golden times of opportunities and profound changes.

What you consider reality is in fact the greatest illusion ever. This illusion renders you insensitive to the genuine Reality of our existence and to your own existence in other Realities. What you observe as being you is but a tiny fraction of your Self. You exist in other, different forms of expression of your Self. You exist simultaneously in various worlds and dimensions in this moment of Now. Take a walk through those worlds and dimensions and observe yourself taking on various forms of expression. Journey to your inner I and ask your Higher Self to guide you in this wondrous journey to yourself. The path to Ascension will bring you closer to this Reality as it emerges from within yourself.
