I am starting to feel a sort of tension, not necessarily a negative one, of something big that's coming our way, don't you? I know you will probably say: “here we go again like so many times before”, but this feeling comes up strongly once more and we all know that these energy surges come in waves when we are ready for another shift. As this is what these feelings of tension or excitement of something big going to happen, represents : another opportunity to shift and change things profoundly in this state of the collective. But this time it feels very palpable to me and I can see things happening around me that are of an intense vibration.

All of a sudden people or situations around you flare up quickly and there is no time to think about how to react. It is as if you are being tested to see how grounded and balanced you are in being able to remain neutral and detached from that which is unfolding. It is as if you are being teased and invited to join and participate in the collective drama that is unfolding as we speak, for people are awakening and revolting against their own old culture and layers of reality. Well for some this is plain reality and we invite you therefore to stay away from that which is unfolding, to keep yourself grounded and remain based in your heart space reality. It is to no avail participating in that which must fall and shift, it is better to allow those shifts to unfold and pray for the best and highest outcome for all involved.

Understand that you are all entitled and allowed to redeem that what is of you, but that it can only be redeemed BY you and through you. So all consciousness that is representing as you in this lifetime is something you have entirely into your own hands for it is you on itself.

Everything you perceive with and through your Human mind is something that is entirely up to you as to how you wish to perceive something that is of your own matter. We call that your personal reality because it is what you have come to create as your creation and environment. But what if I tell you that you can change your own reality and your own perception? You can and you will eventually change that which you have been integrating as your truth and swap it for other new conceptions of perceptions to which you are opening yourself more wholeheartedly and a new truth is birthed as well as a new reality.

Breathe my sweet friends and fellow travelers of Light. We are being absorbed into an exhale of creation, where we plant the seeds through our being and our consciousness level of being which is rising as a result of all the intense integrations that we are absorbing and even start to emanate at this time. We exhale our new birthing Self into this reality, because we are embodying our Divine and true essence more and more on several levels, which our bodies can hold for us at this time.

Just like in the times of Lemuria we are holding the space and the frequencies of Light, through our own consciousness in our embodiment, this as high as possible for us to maintain. What we hold now, is something that we could never hold before on such a level of consciousness and in this lower density simultaneously, for our bodies are transforming at the same time and at the same rate that our consciousness is re-birthing us into our Divine essence.

We are currently arriving at the higher levels of integration of our birthed Self, which is our Divinity, our Christ consciousness and our I AM expression. These levels require a lot of Self acceptance, knowledge, trust and allowance for we start to experience the Mastering level of our own Self. This Master level brings us all into realities where you are pointed into the direction of that which must be released concerning the ego, for there is no ego in self Mastery.

We are now at the stage of the I AM Presence descending and re-blending and while most of us are in this stage, one might be near the completion of it, or one might be at the beginning of it, nevertheless, we are all in this stage of the descending of it, the re-blending with it. The Descending/Re-Blending of the I AM Presence is a beautiful process where your True Divine Blueprint, your Essence, the YOU that YOU ARE, is becoming you again and is becoming One in the Consciousness that you are in this embodiment on an Earthly level.

It is the meeting with your True Self through the Christ Consciousness that you came to embody first in order to let this stage of the descending/re-blending take place. This all takes place in your current consciousness in the Earthly embodiment that you form at this time, because it is what Ascension is all about: the re-embodiment of your Christ Consciousness and the re-blending with your true I AM Presence on the Earthly – physical level.

Saint Germain and Méline Lafont ~ The collective choice and energy update: a shift within a shift, within a shift ~

My dear friends, 



I think I can speak on behalf of all of us when I say that these past few weeks and more specifically these past few days of the solar eclipse have been rather rough and have led us to specific insights and to situations that can only contribute to our evolution. In my point of view (and I feel this personally as well) we are currently dealing with a very intense energy wave which is straining at times but nevertheless something we can cope with. I especially notice it around me in “Living together”conditions with others (in my case living with my children) and I can easily see the effects this energy shift has on them and I have to learn how to deal with it in conjunction with my own process and that of friends and family. All in all, it is sometimes difficult to remain in a balanced state or to regain it. HOWEVER what I find highly effective is to retreat yourself temporarily and to go within, to feel yourself in that moment and to just be without any obligations or expectations. To enjoy yourself, to take care of yourself, to open yourself up. Being quiet and giving yourself completely in full trust to the currents of energy flowing through you all the while being aware that you are those energies. You cannot keep this source of energy from flowing and moving into who you really are lest you remain fixed in this duality (denial, separation and density). You want to expand, to flow and to ascend : you, being an energy, want to break free out of the box (dense physical body) but simultaneously you keep yourself locked in this box. As a result you are becoming restless because you want to grow, you want to break free and for some reason or another this doesn’t happen. You don’t see that it is you who is holding you back and keeping you fixed. I have a feeling that it is with this inward struggle we truly are getting a helping hand. Dare to have faith in yourself (your Divine Self not your alter ego) and in your guides closest to you; they are so very near and palpable even recognizable and in plain sight. 



Saint Germain is going to talk about this process which we are all going through at present and I get the impression that we won’t take short cuts but that we will go through a very intense, deep and rather long process (not that it takes a long time in earthly time as time is going rapidly now, I mean it is not going to be a process in a day or 2) with all the upcoming portals and the energetic inflows coupled with Retrograde positions of certain planets. Answer : My dear child, I Am Jesus and I talk to you now from the heart of Love and through the unconditional Love. I Am your brother, your son, your teacher, your enlightener, your guide... I am you and you are me into infinity. It is my delight to talk more extensively about the descent of the I AM Presence which is closely linked to your own enlightenment and to your awakening on a pure, enlightened level.

The moment that your I AM Presence makes itself known to you and starts the process of his/her return towards your Earthly form and aspect, the physical spirit is in a state of consciousness that enables the recollecting of everything into the unity that you are.
