A long time ago, mankind came to these shores for the very first time, and with them, they brought instructions to go forth and make themselves a home on this planet. And this instruction, this blueprint if you will, has been with you all along through the ages, and it has been biding its time, waiting for you to find a way to find your way to the very core of your being. For when you did, you would enable the last stage of this whole plan to come to fruition, and now, you all stand before this very last stage of this evolvement. For even if mankind’s journey has been one that has taken many a detour on its way, you have not lost that inner spark, the one that has kept you going despite all of the obstacles you have encountered. And they have been many indeed, not least in the form of those beings who more or less hijacked you all and send you all wildly flying into a dark abyss of despair, where it looked as if you would all get completely lost. But you did not, for that inner spark, that part of you that is also a part of God, has been there all the time, keeping the fire burning, even when it looked as if every single spark of light was extinguished for good.

But it was there all along, tended carefully by people who knew of it, people who kept themselves off in the shadows, so that those representing an ever darker part of Creation could not see them. And there they waited, and there they kept tenderly blowing on the small ember that they managed to keep going, century after century, while in the rest of the world, mankind slowly but surely succumbed to the idea that the light within them was a thing of the past. Indeed, this extinguishing of memory was so total, it left no open doors at all to that place within that this small, flickering light still hid out, and so, the remembrance of your inheritance, your part of God, was forgotten and lay dormant in the vast majority of mankind for eons.

This post began by my being reminded of that poem “If ” by Rudyard Kipling. Such a great poem that speaks to how we can all be the best we can be. Are you not finding that this is what this moment in time is all about? Rewriting ourselves to be the best we can be, to climb out of the false worlds so many of us have been immersed in forever now, lost and minus meaning. I was thinking about this from all sides and as I always do when figuring out things in my life, I tried to boil it all down into one sentence and ultimately one word if possible. Just what was it that not only were so many of us needing, but the whole world? It seemed to me if we all were living our lives with the utmost INTEGRITY, the world situation would be so much the better.

So what exactly is the definition of integrity? To me the simplest definition would be

1.BE the best that you can be to yourself and to all others.

Many or you are writing to me and saying that you are experiencing a lot of “negative” vibes lately. You find yourselves out of balance, angry, disappointed, with headaches and joint pains, etc. Things seem to have intensified instead of calming down as you’ve anticipated. The reason for all of these feelings and vibes is because a few weeks ago a massive amount of cleansing energy has been released through our sun & moon onto GAIA.

When this happened, what it did was activate the dormant DNA and various other codexes in those who were still sleeping. Once these energies were delivered to the “sleepers” it activated the dormant emotions in them and brought it out onto the surface for them to deal with.

After the Arcturian left our house we both fell onto the nearby couch. We immediately slipped into a sleep/meditation, as we were not sure to which reality we were awake. How could we be talking to a being of wavering light one minute, than sitting on our couch the next? Gradually, we fell into what must have been a real sleep, as I had a very important dream.

When I awoke it was the next day. After I recovered from a night of sleeping on the couch with each of us pulling on one small blanket for warmth, I realized that I had slept through a very important work meeting.

As many of you have already noticed, these incoming energetic fluctuations have started to affect you in so many ways, and even if you at times will feel at loss to describe just what you are experiencing, we can only say that you are going through something that has not been previously experienced by any living being before. For you are pioneers in every sense of the word, and as such, you are already treading on virgin territory, and the remainder of your journey will take you even further into these uncharted waters. We know that this may sound unsettling to some of you, but again, you are not sent out on a wild and reckless chase for something that is elusive, rather you are being sent out on a journey that is taking you back to you, in every sense of the word.

We are aware that these words will indeed sound repetitious to so many of you, and rightly so, as there are none amongst you who took the first steps on this journey yesterday. No, this is for all of you a journey that started a very long time ago, and even if you have only recollections of what you have done so far in this current embodiment of your spirit, let us just say that nothing you have ever done has been without this goal in mind. And so, this journey has indeed been far, far longer than you can comprehend at the moment, and before you start to get even more exhausted thinking about the implications of this, let us hasten to remind you that you are here now, at that last and final stretch towards attaining that end goal you have been striving towards – seemingly forever.

“The life-force – what you call creative harmony – ‘spirit’ emanating from the source whose nature is always veiled, must express itself in form, created by thought. And, by expressing itself, it ultimately enriches itself by the return to [it’s] enriched form. So, by intricate processes, spirit constantly takes on form.” (1)

Perhaps we take on lower-dimensional forms as often as we do because we want a challenge. The higher realms will feel more amazing than anything we can imagine from our current perspective, but it seems clear that we’ll always want to learn and grow in the greatest, and sometimes, most challenging ways possible.

Having just spoken of self-love, let us move to the topic of worthiness, of self-forgiveness, of knowing oneself to be deserving of all that one can imagine.  And we say all that one can imagine because by and large you do not imagine very big.  You have, most of you, an ingrained practice of thinking you do not deserve very much.  And you also have the habit of thinking that the big things are impossible for you.

Let’s take care of that little misconception right now.  There is available a force that has created everything that you can see and far, far more.  For such a force, creating all that you can imagine is no more difficult than creating one flower, and both are miracles, are they not?  So just for fun, why not practice thinking big?

I wanted to share this with all of you as I feel it will assist many. I was working on a beautiful soul not too long ago who came to me with small intestine inflammation, depression, fatigue among other issues and when I began to work on her, I was right away pointed behind her ear. As you probably are aware there are many different energy lines running throughout the body. One such energy line is located behind the ear, which is called the Triple Burner Meridian.

There is no physical organ for the Triple Burner system, AKA Triple Warmer, Triple Heater, Umbulicus. It relates to all of the organs and controls relationships between them largely through the endocrine glands and hormonal distribution systems.

I guess we were NOT back in the 3D because when I went to the door no one was there. However, shortly after I opened the door, Jason and I felt a very strong sensation. In fact, it was a multidimensional sensation. Because our physical eyes could not see anything, we looked at each other with puzzled expressions.

However, we both had a strange feeling that we were not alone. In fact, the feeling we were having was immensely familiar. We stood very still, almost as if we didn’t want to interfere with this unique energy that had entered our home.

“This energy feels very familiar,” said Jason. I nodded, not wanting to disturb the atmosphere by speaking. Gradually, a growing awareness came into our consciousness, “Is it the Arcturian?” we both asked with amazement in our voices.

Observations from my view from the skies show me again a lot is on the move and changing. Certain things grab my attention in observing that now a lot of people are finding out how difficult it is to have a real intent or not.  The ones not having the real intent are still showing it by giving priority to personal interest over all human beings and the planet. Intent can be initially  shown to be for humanity as a whole but still somewhere along the road the old structures, patterns, use to do stuff is still creeping in. It makes it so hard for people to be living really their pure intent or be living a lie and keep hiding what still will get revealed in the end.

At the time of opening of the Crown chakra, the rising Kundalini penetrates the Crown, emerging like a fountain, and connecting to the Kundalini of every Soul, everywhere in the world, and even in higher dimensions.       This enables one to feel the state of the chakras, and the left and right-side energy balance of anyone at a distance, if one knows their name.

Since Sri Mataji Nirmala Devi, in 1995, opened the Crown chakra of everyone in the world in a “Hundredth Monkey” type avalanche, everyone now has the potential ability to feel the state of the chakras in another.

Those that have neglected to cleanse their chakras, and have continued in their negative thoughts and actions after 1995, would still be able to do so, though with reduced sensitivity, depending on how much their Crown chakra is constricted.

Constriction of the Crown chakra reduces the number of strands of the rope-like Kundalini, that are able to penetrate it. In the worst case, only one strand would succeed in penetrating the Crown, but such a Soul would be unlikely to be motivated to heal others. However, they would have the potential to do so if and when they clear their chakras. If one has self cleansed and has opened the chakras, the Crown chakra will be open wide enough to allow a powerful flow of Kundalini to penetrate it  and connect to the Kundalini, and thus the chakras, of others.

Anna Merkaba ~ How to cleanse and protect your house from negative energies.

I was working with someone recently and her guides suggested that she create a Pyramid Crystal Grid in her house in order to cleanse it and protect it from negative energies entering her house. I found this quite interesting. I’m sure that those of you who work with crystals, most likely know about this.

So here it goes: To make a crystal grid around your house in order to cleanse it from all the negative and stale energy that it has collected you would need: Black Tourmaline, Labradorite, Citrine, Snow Flake Obsidian, Apache Tears, Amethyst and Smokey Quartz.
