We see many powerful shifts occurring now, some of them having to do with your dealing with the trauma of other Earth lives you have lived, and some of them having to do with your dealing with the trauma of your current Earth life.

You are also constantly undergoing transformative change on a cellular level, as your cells learn to hold increasing levels of higher Light and crystalline consciousness.

As spring pushes her pretty and pink-self, into every pore of our being, we feel a sense of expectancy like a pregnant woman in her 9^th month.  We all feel a slight urgency to accomplish that which is yet to be determined, the need to birth something in an outward fashion.  At a deep level our being kicks and pokes at us from the inside out.  Making life uncomfortable and tempers flare like a spring hairdo. All of earth mirrors this urge, to move forward, out of the long winter of waiting into a place that aspires to be a warm hope.

We look at ourselves seeing a newness that has not made its way to the surface as of yet, but still we fill the stirring waters of change within. We feel compelled and driven to move out of our winter blues searching blindly for those rose tinted glasses we once wore. We are seasoned like a good wine that seeks a crystal goblet. Everyday life gives us another morsel to digest, an appetizer that keeps us supping for more. People we know and love pass from the earth leaving a little hole in our heart. Regrets pile up like laundry that needs to be tended to, as we cling to what was and what could have been. We mourn for easier times and reflect upon what once was.

This means that I might even have to stop signing those important petitions that save the waters, the animals and the forests until I can complete my Inspiration message :-)

Happy holiday or holy days to everyone, enjoy the season of spring.  Easter is the holiday of the risen Christ and it is also a very beautiful time of year. The flowers are starting to bloom and the sun is shining and it is very beautiful here in Seattle. The egg is starting to crack and people are waking up because of all the high energy that has been flowing to Earth in this ascension process.

The young people are starting to wake up and they are saying “no more violence, we have had enough, enough is enough. No more shootings in our schools”. I am so proud of all those young people who attended the walk last Saturday at the beginning of The Holy Week of Easter. This is a very special holiday to Christians all over the world. It is the celebrations of the risen Christ.

It is as close as your breath.   Have you ever started to feel anxious and confused, and then noticed that you were not breathing? Obviously our breath is a key to staying alive, but it also offers us an avenue for alignment. The yogis say that the Infinite Intelligence lives between our in-breath and out-breath. Our breath is a powerful tool for becoming more calm, settling our mind and creating an alignment within us to our Divine Source. Often the confusion and anxious feelings we are experiencing are because we have separated from our need to breathe more deeply. The body can literally begin to believe it will not get enough oxygen to survive, which causes the anxious sensations. This is also a demonstration that we are out of present time, because in the future or past we forget to breathe.

However, even though discontent, fear and anger abound, the human majority is still not ready to accept the fact that great changes in every area of life on Earth are in the making and that time is of the essence. The masses are still in denial and resistant to change, and most are incapable of absorbing what they feel are far-fetched, radical teachings of the coming age of en-Lighten-ment. We have told you over and over again that you are the transducers, the receptacles, the human vessels into and through which the rarified frequencies of the future must flow in order to be anchored on Earth and made available to all earthly creations. That is why it is so important for you to balance and harmonize your personal frequency patterns and to “return to center,” in order to accommodate the greatest amount of the crystalline Creator Fire of Life/Love.
