There is an Art to Life and living if we Learn how to Live it the right way, from the inside out instead of from the outside in.  It requires the willingness to open our mind and heart to our own unique, Creative Gifts.  But, more importantly, it allows us the Freedom to detach ourselves from the matrix of boxes and squares and find that the Gift of Creation is actually Beautifully chaotic.  We become attached to all kinds of unhealthy ideas of what we think we need to be happy but if we look deep withIN we find that what we think we need is mostly of a material, addictive, and external nature.  Everything is upside down in the Beautifully chaotic rabbit hole and we often perceive this chaos as our Lives “falling apart”.

There’s much going on right now. It’s easy to get caught up in the drama of it all. It’s easy to raise your hands to the Heavens and cry “Why?!?” or “Where are you, God?!?” Even if you’re awake and aware of the true nature of our being, these can be very stressful times. Even if you are one of the very fortunate people who understand that there is a Divine plan well under way, it is still a difficult time for humanity. We are all working very, very hard right now. It doesn’t matter if you are working on being awake or working on staying asleep (Yes, I see you “ego”), we’re all still just trying to work our way through the labyrinth of it all.

There are a great deal of atrocious acts being committed around the world right now but the darkness always shows us where we need to find our Humanity, our Balance.  Some of us are busy blaming other people for the tragedies that have happened of late. Some of us know that there are things that must happen for people to awaken and realign their souls to one another, the Earth (Gaia), God, and/or Spirit (depending on your unique expression). Some of us are questioning our Faith. Some of us are certain we are on the “right” path to a new social paradigm, despite (or because of) the chaos in our world. Some of us are thinking “an eye for an eye” by advocating committing more atrocious acts to make up for the atrocious acts that have already been committed.

The Universe, by design, is an intelligent Universe with math and physics being a key “language” in understanding its laws and principles.  “A Course in Miracles” and the Universal Law of Attraction tells us that the Universe, being Limitless, can’t differentiate the scope or magnitude of a Miracle.  The Miracle is just as likely to be something constituted as small as it is grand just by our own perceptions.  Let’s talk about how a Miracle actually “works” and why we shouldn’t put an expectation on the magnitude of our Greatness when we “put our Hearts together”.  The best way to explain how a Miracle works is to use the theory of an Atomic electron transition also known as a Quantum Leap.

An Atomic electron transition is a change of an electron from one quantum state to another within an atom or artificial atom. It appears discontinuous as the electron “jumps” from one energy level to another in a few nanoseconds or less. It is also known as atomic transition, quantum jump, or quantum leap. [i]  These Quantum Leaps occur when energy begins to vibrate at a higher rate thus “jumping” it to another frequency taking it closer to the Source of the frequency of its new vibration.  The same is true for us as human beings in that we are made of molecules, atoms, and energy meaning that we also have our own individual and collective frequency that is emitted into the Universe.  The significance here is that we are also capable, on an individual and collective level, of making a Quantum Leap according to Universal Law and Physics 101.  When we emotionally connect with the idea that “God” is energy and not some “man” sitting in the sky in judgment waiting for us to “die” in order to decide if we’ll go to Heaven or “hell”, we release ourselves from any fear surrounding the Unconditional Love of “God”.  In fact, energy and/or Source never dies it only changes form.  The energy of “God” is Love and the closer we vibrate to the Source the more we are resonating with the frequency of “God”, Source, or Love which is why this state feels so natural to our being.  This is a state of Pure Love free from all judgment.  It can also be defined as benevolence, Compassion, Generosity, a State of Grace, or a Sea of Tranquility.

Full Definition of QUANTUM MECHANICS:  a theory of matter that is based on the concept of the possession of wave properties by elementary particles, that affords a mathematical interpretation of the structure and interactions of matter on the basis of these properties, and that incorporates within it quantum theory and the uncertainty principle —called also wave mechanics [i] 

Let’s use the bridge between Science and Spirituality to come to an understanding of what I call “The Quantum Field of Consciousness” as it pertains to Healing the Soul.  First, let’s touch on the principles of Quantum Mechanics which is the study of physics as it relates to the microscopic field.  When we talk about wave mechanics we are talking about a very profound principle that sees wave particles change behavior based on whether or not someone is watching.  Think about that for a minute.  It’s like the “does a bear shit in the woods” theory or the paradox of Schrödinger’s Cat.[ii]  This means that when we become the observer or watcher of our own behavior, in that moment, we can also change the microscopic pattern of said behavior.

The emotions of the grieving process are relevant in our day to day “reality” as we shift and grow in Consciousness.  We see patterns that have developed which may no longer serve our deeper Soul Purpose so these patterns tend to come up when we fall into the mouth of questioning everything with Spiritual Intention.  The patterns are like waves and once we recognize the wave it changes its very behavior just by being seen and/or felt in the first place.  In that, our Spiritual Intention sees us becoming the observer of our own patterns of behavior all the way down to a quantum or microscopic level.  We can relate this to the Energy of our behavior and whether it is energetically “efficient” for our Soul and its Purpose.  The energy of this equates to a Spiritual process known as “letting go of attachments” or energetically inefficient behavior.

We have entered a delicate emotional and spiritual space in our “evolution” and I’ve heard from many recently in regards to feeling like the deeper emotional issues are coming up AGAIN to be processed.  From here, many are re-Creating their own emotional “traumas” in an inadvertent way both individually and in the bigger societal picture.  The definition of trauma is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience and when this happens we usually find an emotional “snapshot” which may leave our perceptions of this moment at great odds with the “reality” that we may still be living and re-living this detrimental emotional experience.  Exhaustively enough, it is “here” that we will find a great Key of transcendence if we allow ourselves to look a little further withIN to release some of the deeper social, psychological, and spiritual “programming” from separation and judgement.  This is especially important when we feel separated from Self because we are in judgment of our own underlying emotions that stem from the trauma or the not so conspicuous PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress “disorder”) that comes later which is actually a very NATURAL emotional response. When we find ourselves feeling discontent with others or societal influence due to underlying trauma or PTSD it is withIN that we find all the answers we need and, as a matter of fact, our answers are coded right into our DNA so we never need to look any further than right Here where YOU are.

We have a misconception in our society and within our belief systems that challenges everything we think we know about learning Self-Love.  We are taught on a most basic level that Honest emotion is weak, vulnerable, and unhealthy and it is here that we see ourselves running away from Self over and over again.  It is most important in this journey to come into Balance with our shadow side and learn to Love this piece of ourselves that we may find unlikable or even unlovable.  It’s actually quite sane and normal to fear this side of ourselves on some level due to the decisions that we sometimes make from this shadowy “place”.  The fact of the matter is that we should be “fearful” of our shadow side and this is why we have to be willing to be the distant observer of our fear by learning to have a healthy respect for it and the reactions it can bring into our Lives by way of the decisions we make that may not be the most rational or objective.

I cannot be more adamant that we are the Creators of our Lives but more by way of our emotions than we realize.  The Law of Attraction is a Beautiful thing  but not if we don’t understand where we are vulnerable in terms of deep-seated fears that can change our vibe in a most traumatic way.  We have to be the willing participants in what we are Creating from either fear or Love.  We can think it all we want but what it comes down to is what we are truly Feeling from withIN and there’s never been a more important time, energetically speaking, to dig deep and find our lower vibrational needs and expectations so they don’t destroy the Lives we are trying to build.

The hungry ghost is a “demon” that is Created withIN from the emotion and mindset known as lack and expectation.  The hungry ghost will seek to destroy every good thing that comes its way by focusing on the ONE thing it perceives it doesn’t or can’t have.  When we Allow our perceptions of “lack” to consume our BEing it can be the most dangerous of cocktails and addictions stealing Joy and sucking Light until it eats itself alive.

Where I come from and where I’m going are ONE and the same. I don’t know if I will feel my home again here on Earth where my feet touch the ground, or when I leave this wondrous place and join the company of Heaven. There are many things I don’t know but there are also many things that I RE-member….

We have to begin challenging ourselves and our belief systems at this point in our human history. If we begin to challenge ourselves and our belief systems we will begin to see the patterns of behavior in how we deal with ourselves and others, set in place largely as defense mechanisms. We can begin to see how much of our mind is in ‘the machine’ and how much the machine is affecting humanity and Mother Earth. When we get our mind out of the machine, we can begin to challenge it, and the powers that were, and create something Divine.

We live in a supportive Universe but do not live in a supportive system and it’s the principal of this conundrum that influences our lives by way of our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual perspective.  The system we live in is a slow burn into a personal and private prison of negative emotion perpetuated by antiquated ideals in regards to energy, government, and finance.  Our society isn’t functioning from a place of teaching us how to live healthy lives and thrive in Wellness rather we are taught how to slowly die instead.  From the smallest proton to the vastness of the Universe there is a constant and consistent force and that force is energy.  Energy never dies it just changes form and this is also the definition of Spirit or “God”.  We don’t have to be “religious” to use something as simple as Science and energy to “prove” that energy has an effect on each and every one of us.  We can use our understanding of energy to determine how our society shapes and forms our emotional and spiritual health to get a basic foundation of how energy profoundly influences our daily lives.

Beliefs can become patterns if you hold them long enough.  People don't like to have their belief systems challenged as sometimes this is the very foundation used to "survive", emotionally speaking.  At this point in the process it seems that there are many who are desperately hanging on to an antiquated belief system and this programming goes very, very deep.  It's in the shedding of this outdated programming that we find the ability to fit through the eye of the needle in order to expand on the Heart so we will know what is best for each of us individually.

One of my dear friends is well versed in "A Course in Miracles", which I have never studied, and always tells me that the Universe, being Limitless, can't differentiate the scope or magnitude of a Miracle.  In other words, the Miracle is just as likely to be something constituted as "small" as it is to be something that is seen as being "large" just by our own perceptions.  The Law of Attraction states the same in that the Universe doesn't know the difference between the manifestation of a penny as it does a billion dollars.  The Universe, and we, are Infinite so the gist is that we Live in an Infinite Universe which means we cannot place a limit on the scope of a Miracle. Many of us have been Blessed with Miracles, including myself, which is why I'm so very fortunate to be able to recollect and explain how a Miracle actually "works".  This is a topic where "religion" seems to fail us in their willingness to teach and practice the Science of Spirituality.  The best way to explain how a Miracle works is to use the theory of Molecular Electronic Transmission also known as a Quantum Leap.

Toxic relationships come in all forms and can be detrimental in so many ways but also offer the greatest opportunity for growth and learning.  It’s within the mindset of growth that we can begin to navigate and resolve relationship toxicity issues in order to release and move on.  This can be a very difficult thing to accomplish since the toxicity is much like a drop of ink that spoils the entire well leaving a cellular toxicity, much like an allergic reaction, to this kind of abusive relationship.

In the big picture, no one has “permission” to bring toxicity into our energy field unless we Allow it.  However, sometimes the toxicity sets in on a cellular level when this kind of relationship is born in childhood before we have earliest memories or have even learned to communicate in some cases.  It can become a challenge in learning to separate one’s own “energy” from the energy of the poisonous relationship so it’s important to have insight into how to let go and/or navigate the relationship in a different way.

The Rose is the Alchemist who changes everything to Gold.  It is the Highest form of Divine Love and once it touches you your Light will shine Ever brighter.  We all have challenges in Life for if we didn’t we wouldn’t learn and grow so what would be the point of BEing Alive in the first place?  The key is how we move through the challenges and obstacles that come our way and what it leaves us with on the other side.  The obvious choice is to just roll with it and have a little Fun along the way if possible, and it’s always possible.

As the winds of change whisper through our Mother Earth and into our dreams we are beginning to Awaken from this deep slumber into a world unrecognizable to many of us.  It’s hard sometimes not to wonder how it was missed or didn’t quite register for all those years even though it was full of something close to…discontent.  Well, discontent is a Good thing right now because it means you care about something and maybe want to Learn how to dance, and laugh, and play a little again.  If you’re discontent with something it means that we are cleansing out the old to make room for the new so be Grateful and Courageous in knowing that everything is happening as it’s meant.

A Great Cleansing by Water is upon us and it shook me to my very core this last week.  I’m new at this writing thing.  As a matter of fact it’s been a year now since I started this blog.  I was fresh from a completely spontaneous Spiritual Awakening that left me upside-down traveling at the speed of Light and headfirst into a rabbit hole with no end in sight.  

It’s been a year of intense Healing and New Beginnings on every level culminating in another Life changing experience last week.  The Lessons come hard and fast now and it can be relentless, especially for those of us who are Awake and traveling the Path of Spirit with All that we Are.  That’s what I’m doing anyway.  It came with a mighty force knocking the wind out of me on every level and leaving me in the hospital for a minute.  Here’s the deal…if it’s not Unconditional Love, it’s not going to work anymore.  Period.

Let’s speak about a very big issue in our society which is extremely uncomfortable and I believe goes unspoken about in relation to the trauma it causes.  It is with great difficulty that I write this today because it’s a hot button issue not only for myself but for the majority of the people who come to us for Life Coaching.  I want to bring some clarity to childhood emotional abuse and the fallout it brings to a child’s Spirit and mental health.  There are very few people in our society who have had a “Leave it to Beaver” childhood which means that most people these days have suffered some form of abuse but for some reason we think of emotional abuse as “no big deal”.  I’m here to say that it IS a big deal and the trauma from this kind of abuse goes unrecognized for the most part due to the fact that there are no marks or bruises to say “someone is hurting me”.  There are many parents out there who have fallen victim to emotional abuse as children and don’t realize how deep the pain and abandonment go so it continues to be passed down from generation to generation.  When one suffers from emotional abuse they learn that Love=pain which means their Blueprint is upside-down.  An emotionally abused parent finds a precarious path when parenting solely based on what NOT to do so I would like to bring some insight into this type of abuse.  I would like to preface this by saying not all parents who “emotionally abuse” their children are bad people rather they are just as lost sometimes as the children they are raising.

Welcome to the New Age!  The Mr. and I have been out in the “field” being of service to others so I’m back with new insights.  It’s been a tough go for a lot of people and I found myself with a bit of writer’s block in wanting to bring my oh, SO sunny disposition to my blog.  It wasn’t going to happen just yet.  We’ve been doing what I can only describe as…battle.

There’s an overwhelming amount of negative energy coming up in the “field” to be processed and released in order to lift the veil of subconscious existence that has blanketed the planet.  It’s come to my attention, sort of like a ton of bricks hitting you over the head because that’s how stubborn I am, that Love and fear cannot co-exist.  I tried skating over it with my “new age” philosophies in tow but the people we are working with aren’t having it that way and that’s Good!  It is a great Honor in this Life to own our experiences and the emotions that come with it.  No ONE else can do this work but SELF.  There is not a place to run or hide and there are no boundaries or deadlines that can be placed on this kind of Self work.  It is the ONLY work that matters in the whole big scheme of things which is a little hard for many of us to get next to.
