Good morning to all of my friends!  The weekend is finally upon us, and with it comes another fresh rush of downloads and highly transformative energy.   The Universe has been pummeling us with a lot of that lately!  And while it can make us feel a little edgy and uncomfortable at times, it is an overall good thing.  It’s a sure sign that the veil is breaking down at long last, allowing for the higher frequencies to enter into our atmosphere and bodies, and do their job.  Once these energies and their accompanying changes have taken hold, we can expect to see many of our long-held dreams and goals manifest into a liveable reality.  It will take a great deal of patience on our part to not only wait it out, but to jump in and do the necessary work here on Earth to make it happen.  So much needs to change!  Where do we begin?  Our governments, financial systems, education, oppression, poverty, wars…  Yet a New Earth honestly DOES exist just over the horizon, and today we are reminded that we need to get out there and create it, dream it and live it.

My Higher Levels placed me on the mountain for a myriad of reasons; I need to be up there, out there, where the reception is clear and where I may hold some of these specific frequencies as they come in.

Happy Solstice everyone!! How is everyone coping with the intense energies merging through us?!  Wow, how wonderful this one is!! The most enlightening energies are making their way in your reality and are at present amply to be found in your consciousness and in your heart. Those energies are present just to see to it that all that lingers on the path of Ascension will duly be able to fulfill, to experience and to Be this process. Those most appropriate energies come to a head-on collision with your current incarnation, possibly leading up to an enormous shock or confrontation with this reality.

Everything will become more visible for all of you and you will recognize your own patterns and your creations more easily than ever before. This is as it should be, dear ones, for firstly you have to become aware of all that you are forming, being and creating. As soon as these new energetic impulses have been integrated in your Being, there will be a lot released in your consciousness that you yourself are the ones that put the process of Transformation and Ascension into motion on your own hook and you execute it. Dear Friends,

You might remember my latest update was posted late on Sunday night (Turkish Time) saying that Facebook arrests have begun and that I was advised not to post anything opposing the government and delete all my past updates. And a large group of us have done just that. I woke up on Monday morning feeling furious! I was so mad at myself because I gave into FEAR the night before; one thing I preach people not to do and convince them that it is just an illusion. So at 6 AM in the morning I wanted to write this note on my wall. But I chose to wait. Anger and fury are also part of fear and I pulled myself back from everything I witnessed through the screens of my TV, my laptop and friends. Then I had to accept that I am human, we all are and we are allowed to make mistakes, and then relief came.

So please let me back up a little and explain you the events that are happening in Turkey since Saturday. Some of you might be aware and some not. After negotiations with the Prime Minister, the protest groups relaxed a little seeing some small hope of peace and they were actually preparing to scale down the protest in Gezi Park. So everyone in a celebratory mood and this being the weekend, the Gezi Park and Taksim square was packed with all kinds of people including elderly, children and tourists. At around 8PM while there was a concert in the park, people were warned to empty it and within minutes the attack started. Now I can tell you about the following 36-40 hours of torture this nation went through in detail and I contemplated long about posting one of the hundreds of footages of unarmed, peaceful people being beaten by groups of policemen, gassed grandparents, children losing their parents in mayhem, residents being gassed in their own homes, hotels, restaurants, chemists, hospitals and first aid centres being attacked and all sorts of violence you wouldn’t dream of. And I decided not to ruin your day just like it has been ruining our lives for the last 4 days. Please just know that we became a battered, bruised nation over the weekend both physically and psychologically.

One of the beautiful aspects of my lifestream that I truly enjoy is conveying the essence of the unseen; the mysterious, glorious unknown of this Shift in Consciousness. As June unfolds its miraculous gifts of Source Intelligence, Unity and deep transformation, the heart of Ascension is revealed to us, moment by moment. No particle of our beingness will remain untouched as this new level of photonic light penetrates each cell, structure and signature of our existence as spirit-inhabiting-body-on-a-planet.

Last SUNday we REceived a wave of pure light so unique, so powerful, that it initiated deep activations of the Solar Heart center and the light signatures of DNA which we have been bringing in with our gateway and grid work this year. I was outside at 5AM last SUNday, interacting with the lightships who had been close and active that night, when a good deal of flashing/beaming began. This is usually a heads-up for an incoming energetic. It stopped just prior to the photonic wave penetration; I took a breath and was overwhelmed by the purity of the light wave; it went straight for the Solar Heart Center and radiated out through all of my body, lightbody, energy bodies … a deep healing, activation and blissful peace that has not weakened. The message came right away: My heart is clear. I AM clear.

Greetings, we are the Arcturians and we greet you from our perspective of Being.  We flow forth as a collective form from Source and our essence is Love.  From our perspective and point of view, all is forming the new wave of Being in all Light and Love of essence.  This energy is hitting this planet and her reality in the most effective way, to bring all hearts into connection and into more self-awareness, for each and every one of you is a God Presence of Light in the heart.

Therefore it is our deepest wish to support you in this process of Self-awareness, for it is an important step in the Divine plan that is about to unfold.  It is all about remembering who you are of essence and that you are more than Human, you are more than a soul and a heart; you, our dear ones, are in fact this giant source of All That Is.  That is who you are, each and everyone of you in essence and you are birthed from it into who you are now in this incarnation as well as in all other forms in other parallel realities.
 

This rebirth, this realization of Self is now taking place all over this planet and in Dimensions, as well as in the other Dimensions where you are also existing simultaneously.  All is forming into one consciousness once more and you are being activated to know and to remember this all again.  You will be overwhelmed with all that you are, all that you represent and form.  You will see, our dear ones, that all this is your truth and your reason of existence.

Méline Lafont ~ Review of the month of May: My personal share and experiences

One thing is for sure and that is that I AM happy that this month of May has ended! It has been the wildest ride ever for me and I am sure I am not the only one who feels that way.  The Month of May has been an intense clearing, as well as an activation where the Christed Self is being given the opportunity to descend into our being and our heart, a process that is now still taking place as we speak.  This was all thanks to the portals and eclipses that have taken place in this 1 month of our linear time.

As hard as it was for me personally, I am very thankful for it, for it has given me a huge push to continue with my path that my heart has chosen to follow.  I have made decisions and choices that might have affected some in my entourage and this has triggered a lot, not only in my life but in theirs as well.  And this is exactly what the hard part was for me, because being sensitive to what other people think of me, I have been tested, triggered and turned upside down in my thoughts and life with exactly those kinds of mirrors.  Isn't this process, this teaching wonderful?! At first it was very hard for me, I must admit.. but now it is so obvious as to how it was mirrored to me and why.

I have decided to end my relationship, which was a wonderful one on the vibration of 3D, but since I am transcending this and growing more into Self on a higher level, the relationship simply does not work and does not resonate anymore.  As hard as it still is, my heart feeling was very clear about this and I do not have regrets for ending it.  The only thing that made it hard is the fact that I have 3 small children and that everything is being thrown at me; I am accused of being a bad person and a horrible mother by making this decision.

Greetings, dear ones.
 

Being an Ascended Master and a teacher of the higher realm of the Elohim of the Light, I have an enormous appreciation and respect towards all of you for the excellent work that you all are performing while in incarnation. Everywhere around the world, manifestations are forming in various ways, each having their own characteristics but nevertheless they perform admirably. We see the manifestations of the Indigo generation getting busy as Lightworkers and representatives of the Light, working in a peaceful manner and with the utmost respect in their hearts.

 

These indigo generations do not have to be fully awakened per se as they carry the perfection of God’s Being within themselves and are very deeply connected to that. They have been programmed for this and arrived in this reality just to do the work that has now started. Utterly beautiful movements take place nowadays because every heart feels affection for one another and those hearts want to bundle their forces in order to anchor even more of their light.

 

 

That is what cooperation and change is all about. Taking matters into your own hands and doing something with the energy and the creations that no longer serve you! That’s why we express our well-earned gratitude and love for the marvellous development of these important manifestations. All hearts support each other in this, resulting in the most powerful movement ever!

We are going through the wringer of perfection and change.  All that is coming forth now, is a reflection of your personal growth and enlightenment.  All that you should not to cope with anymore is leaving your fields, your Self and your heart.  All sorts of reflections are coming your way now as they represent what you are, what keeps you busy in the mind and what you were until this point.  These reflections are required to be presented to you, as they come in your life and your reality to become noticed as a reminder to work on or to just release them.

Life is about heart choices you make in your life, precious hearts, and there is never a wrong one to make.  You, as a beautiful being of Light, represent the Unconditional Love of Gods Presence, the One of “All that Is”, so you are eternal and so are your choices in life.  You continue to move forward in your chosen path and whatever that may bring into your life, into your consciousness or being, it is all for the benefit and for your highest best at that time.

Your heart knows what is right for you, what you need to experience at this time and what your part is in another ones life as a lesson or experience.  You are all intertwined and connected into this giant Cosmic Web of I AM Presences, forming this beautiful grid of Love, compassion and Being.  All parts of this web form the Oneness and this is where you are part of, what you are forming and what you ARE, all together and as a single heart as well.
